I ordered in July, paid by credit card and till now-5.11.- did not get my delivery!
Looks definitely fraud!

Order placement was quick and was handled very good.
Issues started as of trying to get clarity on shipment. Seems 10 days production is not respected at all.
Customer Service is not able to get precise and even indicative dates.
I am not sure that this helps to move business forward.
Finally they confirmed that my order will be shipped partially.
My only advise would be, please don’t place any order with this company.

Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever!! Avoid at all costs.
I ordered an awning fabric and valance printed from this company but struggled to reach anyone as they kept cancelling my appointments and refusing my calls.
After weeks of waiting for my order, I chased(11 calls at once and 3 emails) to be told that they have not progressed my order because I had not approved a quote they NEVER sent me. Also, I was told by Philippe that the order would progress and only then I would pay.
All of this hassle to be told today that they are currently not delivering in the UK???? A complete joke of a company and service that keeps lying to you.
Edited: Great reply from this store, that shows the joke they are. Pay what?? You never told me to pay before. Philippe told me you would start the order before I had to pay anything. I have no problems in paying, send me the invoice and the product and I am more than happy to pay.
