If there was zero score I would have given it.
I’m disappointed in this online store. I ordered a book from Christian Retreat since March 2021. I have not received it till date.I send many messages without any reply from them.
I called my sister in law in America thinking probably she can order the book and post it to me through her own company FedEx.
She ordered the book, and she never received it either. She was not even able to contact them.
What sort of a company is this? It’s FRAUDULENT

Not even worthy of one star

Three months after buying an item, I still have not received my purchase from ohlala-harajuku. I contacted ohlala-harajuku and did not receive a response. I have contacted Storenvy multiple times and I have been told that the store is not responding to their emails and that I need to apply to PayPal for a refund even if I didn't pay using PayPal then i did research on Storenvy finally i found their Storenvy support info which is nine one nine⁹³⁹²⁵four fouri reach out the Storenvy i get a hold of someone from Storenvy on the date 18-07-2021 they refunded me the whole order amount on the date

SweetCreatures is a Scam

My boyfriend purchased earrings from sweetcreatures for my birthday. Weeks went by without any shipping confirmation, so he reached out to them and never got a response. I later went to reach out on their actual website, still nothing. A few weeks later, I also reached out on his behalf and never got a response. I decided to comment on one of their instagram posts as well as DM them. The comment got deleted and the DM never got a response, it's a complete scam. Stay away from this shop.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The worst online shopping experience EVER!!!!! I ordered a dress from Muttiedress and they sent an item that did not look like the item in the picture that I expected. The only way I could get my money back was to ship the item. The only way to ship the item was to pay for shipment. && they regise to be reimburse fir shipment. So I lost out on money.. FRAUDS!!!!

Purchased from Kitchen Market on Store Envy. Never received the item, emailed them after two weeks and they claimed CA restrictions and not enough workers to ship items. They said it would be shipping in the next week. Well it has been months later and I never received anything, and they've stopped replying to emails. On the phone filing a dispute for the charge as I type this.

BUYER BEWARE! STOLE MY MONEY TWICE

This is my second purchase ever through them. Both times my money was outright stolen! Items never shipped, sellers never would reply to emails, good luck getting help from Storenvy themselves.... was SOL both times, never got any form of help what so ever, much less a refund. Outright scam. Period!

No merchandise, no response

Purchased a pair of earrings on 2/9/21. Money was taken from my account as expected. I still have not received the earrings on 3/18/21. I’ve contacted the seller 3 times with no response. I’ve also contacted Storenvy by email, the only option that I can see. No response!

Scammers. Do not buy from these people.

Purchased an item from Kitchen Market on Storenvy in December 2020. We still don't have the item in February 2021. They took payment by credit card but never shipped the product. They don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls or emails requesting a refund. Covid is a reason for shipping delays. It is not an acceptable reason for not responding to phone calls, messages, or emails.
Obviously a scam. Do not buy from Kitchen Market and be very suspicious of these Storenvy partners. Storenvy does not qualify or monitor their merchants.

They DMed me on Instagram asking if I wanted to be an ambassador and that I had to buy off the website before I could become one. So I purchased two items that came way later than expected and when I DMed them to ask about my order they said they would look into it and then never got back to me. When my first item arrived I ordered an XL jumper which didn't even come close to going over my shoulders which is my fault for not checking the sizing but then DO NOT have plus size inclusive clothing as that was their largest size. I also ordered an orange bucket hat and they sent me a black one but I didn't mind. They told me once I uploaded a pic of my products and tagged them I would then become an ambassador so I uploaded a pic of me wearing the bucket hat and they never responded about me being an ambassador. Their clothes are also way over priced so don't waste your money😂

Not even worthy of one star! Ordered 2 items and after many excuses including natural disasters and lack of employees to fill orders, and false promises, I finally received one of my two items. And, DO NOT believe the promise of a 50% refund on late orders. My recommendation is that you spend your hard earned money with a more reputable and honest company.

Thieves

They are the rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. They didn't have any desire to assist me, they just wanted to place the blame on the Governor of CA and COVID. Spare Me. After 3 weeks, I just wanted what I paid for. But they wanted to give me a 50% discount to wait another week. I agreed but told them if I didn't receive it in a week I would dispute it with my credit card company. They sent me crazy email stating it was my fault and I was stupid for not reading the ad. Stay far far far away from these psychos.
