They refuse to refund even though I never received the item

Never received my item and they refuse to give me a refund.. I've been chatting with customer service for 2 weeks providing them with a LOT of evidence (conversations between me and the delivery service, the actual track and trace of the item) but they refuse to refund me even though I never received it. I give up. You can shove my money up your ass. Will never buy here again!! Horrible service.

ONE YEAR DELAY

My order number is RTVHZUWEL. I ordered masks on "4TH APRIL 2020" but have not received them yet (EXACT ONE YEAR DELAY FROM ORDER).

On 15TH OCTOBER 2020, the store refunded 65% of my payment and promised to resend masks, however, until now I still cannot receive any alternative masks.

I sent some reminders to the store, NO REPLY AT ALL. I hope I can now cancel my order completely and the shop will refund full amount of payment in accordance with its OWN cancel policy. I don't need any alternative shipment.

TO EVERYONE SEEING THIS COMMENT, THIS IS WHAT THE STORE NEDERLAND IS DOING. YOUR ORDER (IF IT'S a FEW MONTH DELAY) CAN BE DELAY FURTHERMORE LIKE MY CASE.

Very poor service and unprofessional…

Very poor service and unprofessional customer support. If there is a rating less than one star I would never hesitate to give this store a big Zero... For a simple evidence please check the hereunder "professional" :) reply from the customer support team ... A company that consider the customer satisfaction is a miracle that couldn't been achieved.

Oh wait, you are the customer that needs to catch a flight and expects us to make a miracle happen ( even though we explain in advance that we can not meet your expectation). Please tell the full story and not just the part where you blame us for having poor support!! We state clear on our site,

" Customers that want a fast delivery should avoid this option or ask our customer service in advance for an estimated delivery date."

The option you choose is not for last minute flight shopper.

i've ordered on november 21, and payd. never heard anything since. it's to bad to describe. I've asked twice , on a form on the site store-nederland, a comment on; where my things are or when can I recieve it.... no response or what so ever. this is a never again experience. So don't say I didn't

Good for people with low expectations!

They advertise with "shipment within 24 hours". It took 4 days.

On day 3 it was not shipped yet but they refused to cancel the order.

If you pay for tracking, you will not receive any meaningful tracking!

Shipment was really slow, so my order arrived after I had needed it.

Customer support does not seem to read my messages properly, sometimes replies with nonsense, sometimes not at all.

Still need a refund and free shipping return labels!

We checked your order and are sorry to read you are not happy with the worst decision you made for September 2020.

Your order was placed on the September 7th, processed on the 8th and shipped on the 9th.

We advertise that 95% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours. Also, we communicated on our site that processing time varies from 1 - 5 days depending on time of the year and delivery address. Please bear in mind that you did not order your drone from a local shop and that international post always takes longer. For one with high expectations and good reading skills, its strange you missed all this info at the time of sales.

We did read your message correctly. You requested a cancellation on the 9th of September. At this stage, a cancellation was no longer possible. If you would had read the procedure " request and order cancellation " you would have known this. Of course, you can always try and submit a request, but after the order passes a certain stage, there is no option to cancel.

Delivery times are given up-front. The estimated delivery time for your order was 7 to 40 days. To have receive your package within 10 days is very good considering the limitations they are with the lockdowns and that your package needs to be shipped international ( to Germany).

It's true, for someone with high exportations, this was not the best choice to make, but has this to do anything with with our service? We believe not. The information on our site is clear. The package was delivered within our given timeframe, product is as described.

PS. please read our terms for returning. You have not submitted any request for returns.

As for somebody that regularly shops in…

As for somebody that regularly shops in this store i want to give my experience.
I have placed many orders from this store, 39 to be exact, over a period of 4 years. I'm reading many reviews about people being scammed, not receiving their package, long waiting times...
One thing I want to make clear, this shop is not a scam, the products you order you will receive or be refunded, for my 39 orders 37 arrived, one returned and one never arrived, (for this I received refund).
Regarding delivery times yes, this can take long but that's what you get when you choose the free shipping option.
If you see something nice you should buy it, don't worry it will come if not for sure you will get your money back... but if you want something fast, buy local, you can not have both...

STAY AWAY!

I am still waiting for masks ordered on 17 April 2020. They were supposedly shipped on 1 May. I have received nothing. I have bought (and returned) many, many, many products online since then. I also managed to renovate and furnish an entire apartment in France (remotely and without contact) and moving my whole family to The Netherlands. All this in "Covid times".
I would like to request a refund but cannot find out how to do it on their website.
I think that I have been ripped off! I already wrote a negative review a while back and they answered and tried to re-assure me. But nothing has happened until 02/04/2021 (!!!) and told me it was delivered. But is is not true! The building only has 3 apartments and no one has seen the package. 1 year later!!! I just wish they refunded my purchase like any decent delivery service would!

Most frustrating shopping experience in a long time

None of the promises were fulfilled. I bought some facemasks back on the 2nd of May, on the web they said they had stock in the country so I thought it will be faster to buy them here. I'm still waiting 2 months later.

According to the web, they delivered the masks on the 13th of May and they provided a tracker ID that never worked. I sent a message asking for a new tracker ID, no answer.

Now the tracker ID says this has been delivered on the 26th of June, I'm not keeping my expectations anymore.

I understand you might be busy with the Covid-19 situation, but you lied when you said on your web you had stock in the country, you lied with the first Tracker ID saying my order was dispatched on the 13th of May and probably you lied as well with the latest one on June 26th.

Covid-19 is no more an excuse to justify the amount of incompetency you're demonstrating, stop using it as an excuse. Reach out to your customers, do your job.

But how about you go back to our site and just read like most of our customers do.

The fact that you a writing, delivered on the 13th while on our site says SHIPPED, just demonstrates how well you read the information. The same for your track and trace. Did you really check this before writing?

And for your info. COVID19 lockdowns are still in place, limitations when it comes to transport are no exception.

DO NOT ORDER FROM STORE-NEDERLAND

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH (look below on how they replied to a particular customer). SERIOUSLY TALKING WITH SUCH ENTITLEMENT TO PEOPLE'S MONEY.
They are not based in the Netherlands, they most likely order from China and sell for twice the price

Very very bad experience

Very very bad experience! I ordered masks and some hand sanitizers online. They charged me 37 euros but I waited for more than a month and it finally arrived today, BUT only the masks and they did not deliver the hand sanitiser. This is utterly poor service. I want my refund, because I did not receive one of the item.

I order surgical mask on 15 april

I order surgical mask on 15 april, just realized it comes from China even though the store name called nederland. I was a lil bit scarry it will never arrive but guess what, my package arrive safe n sound 20 pieces surgical mask just like i ordered, it arrive on my mailbox,and the tracking bpost said still on process but it already on my mailbox,it take 14 days to arrive Belgium, im not complaining it takes long, since i know when you ordered from China, Singapore,Malaysia it will takes 10-15 days. So thank you,my mask arrive.

Is this a joke?

I placed my order on 20.03.2020. Once I made an contact after long time of not receiving anything and I got an answer that I must receive my package in 7-25 days. After not receiving it in that time I made another contact and I received an answer with another timing of 7-60 days. Ofcourse that made me angry and I answered that I want to cancel my order and a refund... and after that silence. Are they making joke with me? Today I tried to contact them again, but strangely the website works perfectly till the time that I tried to send my letter. In the moment I press "send" I get screen saying that the website doesn't respond.

Mask KN 95. You have to respond to us. You cannot be quiet. We want your reply.

The tracker only shows Payment received. We still do not know when the delivery will be made. We have paid extra to track the delivery but till now there is no information. You are immediately requested to advise us the schedule for delivery. We have been very polite but you need to tell us when the delivery can be expected.

I ordered facemasks here when all other…

I ordered facemasks here when all other NL sites I could find were out of stock.
Delivery took 19 days but they did warn me it could be longer than normal. Considering the price and scarcity I think it was a good deal. The tracking didn’t appear to work but they were delivered.

Unprofessional and distrustful

I made order 22.03. 2020. Still I didn't receive any information about my order. It is still processing in their system. I send them 3 times already message and email, but didn't receive any answer. I want to cancel my order, since I don't need it anymore, and that I can see that other people also didn't receive their orders.
I want to cancel my order and I want my money back. Otherwise I will be forced to solve this with the help of a lawyer.
