I just got into a new apartment, and was looking for home tech such as refrigerator, tv, washing machines and etc. Here they have deceent ones with quick delivery. Just what I like is the discounted section, where I was able to buy good brand stuff for cheaper.

Update*** I’d like to update my review of this company as I think it’s only fair to honor good service and a positive review is as important as a negative one. The company supported my return and organized a shipping service to come pick it up from home. While communication could be improved, it was a positive experience in the end and things went smoothly. Thank you.
Sadly I agree with the reviews regarding the horrible customer service this company provides. The dimensions of the item were not listed anywhere online and the only picture provided is very deceiving. The item arrived much smaller than expected. The item is packed up and ready to be returned but communication is impossible. I’m assuming I’ll get a reply from here faster than I’ll get one for the return.
Thinking of just selling the item secondhand and losing a few euros.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid.

Rusty Coffee Machine After 8 Months
I have bought a few things directly from Cecotec. One arrived with missing parts, but still worked so I kept it. Another was a refurbished coffee machine that came with the water container completely cracked. I had to send it back and instead chose a new one. After 8-10 months of low usage I realised the portafilter (which I assumed was catering grade stainless steel) started to rust. I raised a support query with Cecotec. They replied to me nearly two months later to say I could purchase I replacement portafilter but the part was only covered under a manufacturing defect warranty for 6 months. So beware - the parts rust very quickly and apparently that's fine!

broken vacuum cleaner and no contact with customer service, no solution to problem
I bought a vacuum cleaner and besides it taking forever to be delivered, with no information about when it was supposed to arrive, I now am going to send it back for the 3rd time to have it fixed because it never worked correctly. its impossible to contact customer service and last time they jsut returned the broken vacuum cleaner to me without fixing it, saying nothing is wrong with it, while it stops working after 1,5 room, gets overheated and smells like fire. I am never buying Cecotec again.

I bought a small freezer
I bought a small freezer, which took a little bit more time to be delivered than expected, but no problem there. The issue was that they sent me a white version when I bought an inox colored one. I sent the very same day a request via their website to change the freezer, and a week and a half later, I received no sort of response. Very disappointing

I wrote a review about the delay on my machine 7 days ago, cecotec replied within 24 hours saying that they were going to deal with the issue.
Guess what still nothing another 7 days waiting for my washing machine that I ordered on 30th August with 5 day delivery.
No reply to another email I have sent and no telephone contact number to call.
17 days now with no washing machine. If they could just refund me my money I could go buy one from the local shop.

Consumer rights organisations should take action against Cecotec
Cecotec is the worst of the worst, it doesn’t follow basic EU and Spanish consumer laws. In reviews they act like they want to help with the reply in the comment, but they won’t take any action just send another robotic email saying they cannot help you. I honestly don’t know how this company is still running, there are facebook groups with thousands of users with bad experiences just for this company. Don’t buy here, it’s truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced and I hope consumer rights organisation will take action against them.

The after sales service is non existent…
The after sales service is non existent and the guarantee doesn't exist. Everything is via cecocare, no way of contacting customer services other than telephone. As for the appliance it's not even a year old; and the rubber/silicone seal on the divider has fallen to bits. Price for a new one is a 1/4 of what we paid for the whole appliance a Cecofry dual 9000.

I ordered a washing machine
I ordered a washing machine, took ages to arrive and when it did arrive, it turned up broken and damaged. I contacted you on the 29th August and asked for a refund as it was broken, brand new and never been used. However, I am yet to get any confirmation and keep being told to wait. I will never order from this place again. 3 weeks with no washing machine and can't get a new one until the money is refunded! Terrible customer service

My scooter broke down and after waiting…
My scooter broke down and after waiting over two months for it to be fixed, it seems to be the case that they have lost it. Now, after going through the dispiriting experience of dealing with their horrible, robotic customer 'service', instead of taking responsibility for this, they have inexplicably shifted my case onto Mediamarkt, who i bought the scooter from, where after yet more back and forth i am incredulous to learn that the only options given to me are a credit note, or to wait for a replacement (no thank you!). In the meantime i still have no scooter, nor the refund to put towards buying a replacement. An ongoing and upsetting experience with still no end in sight.

CECOTEC 9kg WASHING MACHINE
My saga with 9kg washing machine started on 15th July 2025 when I ordered one from Amazon with 2/3 day delivery. After many calls and emails with Amazon and Cecotec (who were unresponsive) machine arrived on 28th July. Upon opening the box I discovered that the top was dented and misaligned and 2 dents on one side. I communicated the problem to amazon and arranged a refund which I was told would take up to 30 days as the order was placed with a third party seller. So stupid me I ordered same machine direct from Cecotec. What a surprise delivery and installation perfect within 2 days of order. But then things went wrong. First wash all great but then machine switched off and couldn't be started again without switching main fuse off in consumer unit, waiting 15mins and then restarting wash again. Well, for 4 days tried every way to contact Cecotec by phone and email and whatsapp support to organise a replacement. Finally received confirmation via whatsapp saying they had arranged a replacement and collection of faulty one. Sama (courier) arrived to collect but not deliver new one. Told me to contact warehouse. 2 more days later received whatsapp with tracking no. Delivery arrived but only to transport to door and not to install. Upon opening the box it was obvious this machine had been used as demo model as arrived with plastic restuck on. By this time I had to use my neighbour's machine as I had run out of clean clothes! Back to phonecalls, emails and whatsapp support. Speaking with customer support several times and them sending me emails from noreply@salesupport..... asking for photos and description of problem. Everytime I tried to reply to noreply!!! it was rejected. 4 more phonecalls and 4 more attempts to send photos I gave up as the lady (will mention no names) told me literally that she had many calls waiting and couldn't help anymore. So I sent the photos on their whatsapp automated service hoping that would suffice. But when I had an answer they were rejected as quote NOT THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT. My hair although dyed turned grey!!
I didn't use the 3rd machine and left it in same condition as it had arrived. This went on for a further week even with me threatening them with denuncia. I immediately bought a fab 10kg machine from LG direct, paid a bit more than the rubbish cecotec but we learn by our mistakes. The cecotec was left boxed for a further few days until they finally came to collect it on the 18th August. Amazon refund arrived on the 19th August and Yippee just received my second refund yesterday 28th August from Cecotec.
Moral of this saga is pay a bit more and get better quality and much better customer support.

Mountain Millor not delivered
I bought a mountain millor bicycle which has still not arrived long after the 4 to 5 day shipping promise.
The stores web page says that the item was picked up on the 19th but the delivery service does not recognise the shipping number and cecotecs web page does not work when you click the locate shipment button. I am starting to think that this is a scam and am considering legal action with my lawyer
Update August 27/25
still no delivery and after many emails and WhatsApp messages with Cecotec still the shipping number cannot be found by the shipping company. No actual proof that the purchase was ever shipped.

Brought a Energy Silence Aero 5200 Black Line an trought techinn.com store and my purchase turned out to be total nightmare.
While fan specs are good, and it was not damaged is is defective and has bad bearings and all base woobles a lot. I'm still trying to get some solution from my case as techin staff says go to cecotec, while i can't do nothing in cecotec site as there is no 15days from purchase date.
Worst experience ever, avoid this company products.

Order placed on 8th august has not been received and no feedback given to date
I placed an order on 8th august. On the 12th august website said item had been collected by carrier and was on its way - last update on 14th august confirmed in transit.
Today is 22 August. The item was supposed to be delivered within 4 to 5 working days. It is now well overdue, and the main problem is that nobody answers the phone, or replies to any emails. Nothing. My item cost 449 euros. I am NOT going to lose my money and my product. I will take cecotec to court if need be! This is disgusting service. And th eworst part is that the carrier they say collected the item, states that they cannot trace the tracking number. I cannot cancel as I am told that I need to receive the item first in order to then cancel. And the payment card people say that I have to cancel directly with the purchase website. I have made a complaint and am waiting the reply.

COOKING ROBOT Mambo Touch: dead after 2 month. Cecotec took over 2month to only reply; after 4 month they recognized product was defective and ask for return: then they said it will take 50 days to repair: still nothing received: it is not bad , it is UGLY !!!

The service was absolutely awful. The delivery went missing, and after 4 weeks nobody let me know. The process to contact them was a nightmare. And I'm still waiting for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
