Driver in the Crewe area, always drops parcel at warehouse door and forges staff members signatures without them even taking goods of the delivery, this happens on a regular occurence

A refreshing change for a Courier driver to arrive who treats the package with care and is pleasant when delivering. This was a drop off, but if I need a collection I'd definitely look at using Stop Start. Many thanks.

I was informed about the delivery status at every stage including a real time link on the delivery day. The driver was courteous, professional and friendly and placed the item exactly where I wanted in my garage.

Positive interaction with staff telephone and drivers organised simple booking system that navigated really easily.

Ordered at around 2 p.m one afternoon, was at my door by 9 am the next day….super efficient, everything went well, well worth paying that bit extra to get good service….driver very helpful, took the parcel into the garage for me…..think he must be eating his spinach…!!!

Was kept updated as to the estimated time of delivery and delivery was on the nail. driver, Harash, was polite and introduced himeself which talled with the name on the emails. He checked the address and my name and what he was deliverying. once delivered he did do a visual check for damage , took the proof of delivery pictures and was on his way. excellent servce , excellent driver.

The delivery of my radiator from Stop Start was exceptional.
Ordered Saturday, delivered early morning Tuesday with a time allocation that was perfect! I was also informed right from the start the delivery time expected including 5 minutes from final destination!
A courteous and helpful driver that had no issue in placing this heavy package exactly where I wanted it.
The packaging also looked in great shape so there’s no reason to suspect any damage during transit. It’s been clearly looked after during the whole delivery process.
I certainly recommend this company for your deliveries!
