Justin Lewis (our installer) did a great job installing window treatments on 6 windows. He left our home cleaner than he found it and was very professional. Our designer, Jason Miller, helped us create beautiful rooms in our new home with his expert consultation. I could not be happier with the experience and our home looks amazing!

The blind, which was for a very tall large window fits perfectly and is of high quality materials and mechanism. Additionally, the installer was highly professional and a delight to chat with as he was installing the blind. He did in 20 minutes a task that, even I could figure out how to do it, would have a couple of hours with no confidence that I would get it right.

Stoneside did a great job. From the person who made our appointment over the phone, to Anna, our design consultant who helped us choose the roller shade for our patio door and cellular shades for our kitchen windows, to Justin and Rafiel, our installers - everyone was friendly, professional, and competent. We’re happy that we chose Stoneside. The shades look great.

Professional and honest sales and installation.

From the beginning we experienced tremendous professionalism with both Michelle Hayes as our sales person and Amun who did our installation. Amun was especially kind and informative and installed quickly and expertly. He even measured another window that needs replacing. We had a good experience with Stoneside Blinds and Shades. The design consultation with Heather and the installation with Isidro was great. Both were very professional and knowledgeable.

The whole experience was really good - and let me say my first positive experience with Stoneside about a year ago, where I had blinds installed in my kitchen and living room, led me to do the rest of the house this year - meaning two bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, and my dining room. The opaque blinds let enough light in during the day that even with them closed, the rooms have a nice sheen to them and are plenty bright, but you can't really see anything form the outside and even at night, if the room is fully lit, from the outside you can't really see any detail and really all you can see is an amber glow. The blackout version they installed in the bedrooms looks the same from the inside as the opaque ones do, but you can absolutely see no light from the outside at night, (or from the inside the room is quite dark) when they're shut. The quality is very good. I've had no issues with the cordless roller mechanisms in the ones I installed a year ago, and they just feel solid and really well made. Justin did a perfect job with his installation - everything is even and plumb and looks professionally installed - and Jason was my advisor on both jobs and helped guide me to selecting the appropriate versions. I think Isidro did the second measurements. All in all, I am very happy with the product and the installation experience, and feel these were well worth the money. I don't have any more windows left to do but if I did, I'd call Stoneside back again.
