The people at Stone Age Gamer have been fantastic since I started using them.
I wanted a replacement shell for my Sd2snes Pro (FxPak Pro) and Mega Everdrive Pro, so I contacted them to see if they had a color I didn't see on the site. They went above and beyond to find one that I liked.
The customer service was fantastic, and the order arrived fast.
They answered any questions I had quickly, and they were very knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend Stone Age Gamer if a product is on their site. I have had nothing but good experiences buying from them.

5-Stars. I have purchased 2 types of alternative game cases. One was purchased from eBay (generic brand) and 30+ of them were from StoneAgeGamer. The ones from StoneAge are clearly the best. Solid construction, awesome labels, and the games come in and out easily. Looking forward to finishing the collection this year, as I typically try to order about 10+ cases per month. Worth every penny! 5 STARS!

The snes everdrive 5X base is a great product for if you do not own a snes flashcard, it allows you to do a quit reset in case you don’t wanna hit the power button and rebrows the menu, but you can also disable it sothat if you hit the reset button you will start right from the game you have loaded in,, you can also determine to sort your snes games in alfabetical order or in download order, but sadly you have to change it,as the default settings do have quit reset on and alfabetical order off , for wich i wish the default settings were the other way around, i also don’t understand why it remembers wich games i recently played as it may will take up extra ram/rom space wich i may could use for other stuff, i also wish it contained more sdram as i consider the 7,5/8MB sdram very limited because while most stock snes games could run on this everdrive ,HOWEVER the nested emulator does require 8MB of srm ram and at best 256 srm ram to run properly,while 128KB of sram is possible,but high demanding patched nes games do require more sram to run ,HOWEVER this everdrive only supports 128KB of sram so high demanding nes games such as supermariobros 3 etc,,, will crash early on while standard nes games such as donkeykong 1, DKjr and donkeykong 3 etc,, should run fine trough nested on the everdrive, so it’s only that high demanding nes games will not run on this everdrive, kirby’s adventure for instance once patched with nested,will not run at all on the everdrive since it is over 8MB is size,wich will exceed the everdrive’s 7,5/8MB sdram size limit ,now while it is true that it does not contain a dsp1 chip in it, BUT i choosed that lacking dsp1 chip option on purpose since i don’t much care about those snes dsp1 chip games so that’s oke,
Now on the plus side you’re not only able to run this everdrive on all region snes systems BUT you can also run it on the supaboy so you can play most snes games on it on just 1 cart on the go including a few patched nes games,also the white color case of the everdrive fits well to both the snes and the supaboy color case,
So in conclusion, if you don’t own a snes powerpak,then this device becomes an absolute must have BUT if you already own a powerpak, then this device does not only feel obsolete but also the wow factor will be gone,the only reason i could imagine why you ever want a everdrive aside from the powerpak is because unlike the powerpak you can also use the everdrive on the supaboy along with it’s matching color case,and if you choose for the enhanced everdrive you will be able to also play dsp1,2,3,4 games on it and it also sorts snes games in alfabetical order if you want that, the powerpak can atleast play dsp1 games on it ,so that’s atleast a bonus with the enhanced everdrive,
Now this fantastic site does have great stuff including those everdrives for other systems (wich i also bought there ,and it does have good & friendly costumer service along with a 30 day refund or exchange warrantee.

Their prices might be a little steeper but their bitbox cases are higher quality than universal game cases. Highly recommended.
