Terrible company

Terrible company. Don’t reply to emails. Do not help with order not arriving. Have paid for a product I have not received. Over £200 worth of product I have not received. REPLY TO MY EMAILS AND ACTUALLY SEND ME THE PRODUCT I HAVE ORDERED!

Returns not possible - No Customer service

I ordered a bed base (additional part to a cot) direct from the website. Unfortunately after receiving this I realised it was the wrong one according to the person it was bought for. I am trying to process a return and it says you must email customer services. I have emailed on Saturday 29th October and sent two further emails since. I have still not received a reply to my email and I am waiting to process my return. There is no online chat or contact number to speak to someone. If you have a problem with a purchase it seems there is nothing that can be done to resolve a return?! Case no. 03032769

Stokke center and all as a whole is a sham

Stokke center and all ,as a whole is a bad taste in the palatte, lm sure chicken bile would taste better every thing about Stokke is BAD horrible horrible terrible the product is over priced not worth the hype,not to speak of the customer service team , absolutely horrendous it's over priced and not worth it at all .l doubt they carry out quality control on their products such companies should be shut down and done for fraud.defrauding customers of the hard earned cash all in the name of baby care a shame to baby hood that's what it is ...like please they day light robbers calling to all parents and parents to be Stokke is not a brand to shop for.avoid Stokke avoid the stress and fraustration. After my experience last week l strongly believe their extended warranty is just a scam to draw customers ,if I knew what I know today l would never purchase from them EVER!!! I will continue to spread the word on them on any platform and forum l can find

very very bad customer service

I placed Stokke today. When I first started explored their website, it was not user friendly and often the screen showing delay. I contacted their customer service line 1.877.978.6553, someone answered the call and saying its not their problem. I asked her at least to try and report to their company there is an issue here. I tried today again as I really wanted to buy this product. Same issue and I was not able to place the order, I phone the number again, a lady answered the call, again saying its not their problem, I really had to argue with her, clients call not because their want to hear whose problem is, they want to get help with their order. What a waste of time for these people to sit there only like a recorder saying its not our problem, you have to try different internet provider why they need this phone for?

after I placed my order the confirmation page show up asked me to register my personal information in order to track my order, I then entered my information till retype password for email address, I was not able to do so, I phoned again, off course the answer was the same it was not their problem, its my problem.

I was think after all these happened, if not for their quality I will not go through these stressful experience, why can the company provide some quality service like their product? Im waiting for their answer, probably never to get the answer
