Well. They’re great in a lot of things. They have great variety and a lot of great fabric. The only problem is their delivery times.
It’s been nearly a month and no one has even cared to send me an update. Their customer service is abysmal. Every attempt at contacting them ends with an automated response. I just want my fabric! This is really something that might stop me from ordering there again.
If I don’t receive my fabric or a response to my contact attempts, I will start a refund procedure and file a complaint via PayPal. This feels very scammy.

If there is no attempt to contact or at the very least an answer I won’t hesitate to report this shop to the authorities.
Unacceptably bad! I ordered materials two months ago and there’s no sign of the order. When I emailed after a month and asked about it they said they have delays and I will be compensated. Then they sent an email saying compensation for everyone is 20% off the next order. No further update on my order.
Why would I ever order again from this total scam company?? I am so disappointed as this was a gift card I got for my birthday that I cashed in and it seems I’ll never get what I ordered and there’s no way of reaching the company now.
TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

The fabric was good quality, but they have sent me the wrong size. It is impossible to get in contact with them! I tried email and phone but no answer whatsoever...
Even though I got fabric, this seems sketchy.
The delivery was very quick for my material. The material was super leicht paisley I made Sommer trousers this worked very well.
I ordered some material from this company through teles.es. The material was dispatched but DHL lost it. DHL told me I need to speak to the sender. But NO ONE answers the phone , email, twitter r even facebook messages. I have left bad reviews everywhere but their customer service is non existent. Never again.
They have a good collection. Therefore the 2 star.
But the customer support is literally non existent
I ordered twice. First time the fabric was not cut in proportion. I let the issue go and ordered a second time.
Second time, I ordered the minimum value of people products for free delivery and along with that I also ordered 2 sample pieces. One sample was sent and another was not. I have been trying to reach them ever since but no success.
Sample piece costed 0€ When I ordered but now in the website it shows that a sample piece (8cm by 8cm) cost 1€.
Additionally, the delivery cost... it is just ridiculous.
I would like to reach out to you all before I write my review on my purchase experience., basically ill just give you the gist of what my review will look like at this point.. "normally, I don't have the opportunity to compare and contrast two business' at the same time with nearly identical circumstances. So it was not only eye opening, but unfortunately all too stereotypical... I ordered from Stoffe.de and Naehmit.de the same day, 5 minutes apart, around mid-day, on the 23rd of December. Crazy bad timing on my part, so I would think.. To my extreme surprise and joy, the packet from Naehmit, was delivered, THE NEXT DAY, the 24th, CHRISTMAS EVE. How they pulled that off, must be some holiday magic, as I would not even think that possible any day of the year! The other company, Stoffe.de.. Well, its now January2nd... Still nothing from Stoffe.de, who charges more for their shipping and handling I might add. Both orders were "in stock" both were selected as normal shipping, it just took/is taking so much longer to receive my order from Stoffe.de, I almost am on to my next project already. "
Finally delivered on January 6th. Fine quality, just horrible customer service and shipping times...

Do not order from this company, ordered few weeks ago, have not received my goods, currently escalated to Paypal who are awaiting response for nearly a week now. I emailed, no response. Customer service is very poor.Save your money. Buy elsewhere.
