It's rare to find a garage that treats men and women equally which, is one reason, why I would highly recommend STL. They are very reasonably priced, they offer a great service, good advice. I don't live in Leicester anymore and, this is the only garage I now use for my MOT, Service and any issues with my car. I'm so glad they were recommended to me over three years ago.

3rd time took my vehicle for mot, ....straight forward advice given , last mot ,I had an advisory and they fixed a couple days later...no drama and the fair price. I would recommend.

Absolutely Amazing friendly professional staff and great Quality Service to get my tyres done.

The manager Steve is old school and provides a happy friendly chat on the phone whilst booking me in for my tyres and even at the centre too. Matt was a great member of staff who changed the tyres over to reinforced tyres (as there brilliant for bad pot holes to still not pop easily like non reinforced tyres).

I even witnessed a young lady come to bring her newly bought car from Birmingham two weeks ago and Steve said very calmly and reassuringly "I'll get one of my mechanics to have a FREE inspection" (who does that nowadays for free!?) The mechanic came back and said the gear box had gone.

Steve then stated to the young lady "under the consumer rights act, you can legally return the car to the Birmingham dealer for a full refund". I was very impressed with Steve's knowledge of the law and didn't charge the young lady a single penny. She was ever so thankful for Steve's help and his staff.

I just wish more businesses were like Steve's STL service centre as it makes the whole process, problem & hassle free and as a customer, makes you feel that you're in safe hands ✌️👍 😊

I would highly recommend STL for tyres, service, MOT and free inspection if you think your vehicle has an issue.

Nothing to complain about this garage . Service and standards are excellent. I have been using them if I'm not wrong for the last 10 years . Always straight forward with the best prices that you can find out there . Kind of guys that will never give up until they will not solve your problems. I will definitely recommend with confidence . My next booking is next week. 😁😁😁 . Few things that they did for me and my cars untill naw are servicings, MOT, health checks , tyres . Engine manifold problems, shock absorbents, brakes and much more .

Sept 2024, Had my MOT and Full serclvice, great customer service and great value as always. With the car getting on in age, as usual, there is more work that needs doing. Research done myself beforehand (Catalytic converter problems) before getting it sorted by my favourite team of Mechanics. Massive thanks again STL for sorting it all out at a fab price.

Used this service few years back anywhere they insisted my gear box needs changing at 40k! I didn’t think there was anything wrong with it but ai trusted them as professionals. However now looking into it gearboxes should pst up to 120 k.

They charged me £1100 for a a new gear box, then admitted it was used.

Now 2 years later the gear box is gone and not working at all- I am left without transport I have to still pay for in a loan!!! Awful lying service who will fill if any woman they can lie to and rip off.
I was a student and the owner still don’t have any humanity or empathy to take so much money for a job that was not needed.

I can not express my desires this place hs caused me, even few years later I decided to never go back- they still have managed to hurt me financially and mentally..
Inhuman/ evil and fraud service owner to take everything they can from you, using that trust customer has in them!!!!!!!

Excellent service fair price for a good job using quality parts top marks to steve and all the staff very accomadating

I have used STL for 12 years. I simply won't go elsewhere. They are honest, never do unnecessary work and bend over backwards to help.

I have used STL Service Centre for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The professionalism, customer care and service they provide is second to none. The work which is carried out is to the highest standard and always carried out efficiently. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend STL Service Centre to anyone.

We have been using STL for years now for both of our vehicles. Steve and his team always offer the most outstanding service, as a female, relatively new driver, I’ve previously been concerned about getting ripped off, not now, I know every time the job will be done impeccably, and for a reasonable price, in fact usually we are left paying much less than we expected. I recommend them to everyone, if you need a garage you can rely on, this is the place!

One word Cowboys. AVOID THIS GARAGE YOU WONT GET YOUR CAR BACK THE WAY U LEFT IT, THERE WILL BE MORE DAMAGE. STL GARAGE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY MESSED MY 16,000 CAR SEATS UP BECAUSE THEY SAT ON THE CAR SEATS WITH DIRTY OVERALLS. THEY TURNED MY SEATS BLACK AND HAD DIRTY HAND PRINTS ON MY SEATS. THEY DON'T TAKE CARE WITH THERE WORK. I WAS HORRIFIRD AND SHOCKED WHAT DAMAGE THIS CAR GARAGE CAUSED. THEY REPLACED MY WATER COOLET AND DIDN'T PUT WATER IN THE COOLET. WHAT WAS THEY THINKING. IF I DIDN'T CHECK MYSELF MY ENGINE WOULD OF BLEW UP. THEY DONT LOOK AFTER THERE CUSTOMERS. JUST THEIR POCKETS. I WONT NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE. VERY DOGGY WORK.

I have been a regular customer with STL for over 5 years. Price and service is always competitive and fair! Also they are a very friendly team who always strive to do their very best by their customers! I wouldn’t go to any other garage personally as I know I always get value for money and an expert service! Thanks to Steve and the team 👏

A garage I can finally trust. Garages can be a nightmare, not this one. They will make it easy for you, if there’s any issues with your vehicle they will show you and talk you through it. I absolutely recommend these to anyone. I noticed some feedback complaining about a £40 per hour labour bill, I’m a Gas Engineer and charge £60 per hour and a mere £40 per hour in this garage is a bargain and NOT a rip off!

Price quoted (and noted by me on their makeshift diary) almost doubled by time car collection after shoddy replacement of springs and discs left car with a rattling noise that staff / manager at first pretended not to hear - then claimed it was pre existing. They ganged up mob handed in office when I stood my ground to only pay the quoted price - they refused to surrender my keys until I paid the 190% extra bill - they "lost original diary endorsed ledger". Have reported them to Trading Standards and paid extra at another Garage to mend their shoddy work.
