Their phones are a joke I purchase a STK phone for £159 plus postage from IdealworldTV I transfer my Data from my Samsung phone and found I could only get on the Internet if I was only near on my Wi Fi router, I tried every thing on the settings to connect on internet way from my router, no result so the phone went back the following day. I set it back to factory settings, now I have problems with IdealworldTV to get my money back they send me the phone back to remove the Google account which was not there as the phone as I mention again on factory settings, waste of my time.

STK mobile phone
I bought an STK phone from ASDA on the basis that it came with a 3-year warranty, phone cover and screen protector. First issue was when I couldn't get a mobile pay app to function at all. STK support told me that my phone had a virus and needed to be sent to them for repair - what nonsense! A quick search online provided me with the information that my STK could never work with a money transfer app because it did not have the appropriate 'NFC' technology built in. Next issue, the screen protector bubbled up during the recent hot weather simply because it had been glued onto the screen. The glue melted. STK support told me that it was not covered in the warranty. The warranty, along with the support team (in Mexico I believe) are as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Lesson learnt. I will steer well clear of this bunch and their products.
Update 10/08/2018: phone charger broke with normal use. The earth pin came off in the socket.

My Daughters Monqi Sync 5e phone…
My Daughters Monqi Sync 5e phone started playing up after just 3 weeks. Absolutely atrocious customer service, please take heed and avoid at all costs. if you have any issues with your phone just bin it, you have absolutely 0% chance of getting anyone at STK to confirm how exactly you claim on there useless 3 year warranty. By far the worse company i have ever dealt with and will do everything i can to make sure others are made aware. Next stop Mumsnet and Watchdog.

Santok
Santok, STK, Wileyfox, .... they all initially meant bad customer service. But they listened, customer care turned it around, and got me back in action with my Wileyfox Swift 2X. Always liked the Swift 2X until troubles hit,.... but now back again and it's better and hopefully stronger. The key test will be if my daughter, who's looking to change, likes it. After seeing first hand the positive influence Santok is having on Wileyfox, I'd have no fears in recommending her purchasing a Wileyfox... or indeed an STK.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. online chat give you a solution then ignore you. They don't check if the solution they suggested worked or if its answering the question you asked.
I asked for a spare hard case protector for a Transporter . The solution given was a link to a Wileyfox site which has no spares for a Transpoter 1 or in fact any of the British modules of stk phone. they then ended the conversation with out checking I was satisfied.
I could not connect the phone via blue tooth to my sports equipment.
I was told to factory reset. A total waste of time it did not work.
Latter after some researching I discovered that the blue tooth in the transporter was not of a level that matches Garmin sports equipment but all the other phones in our house connect to it with out a problem 2 different I phones and 2 different Samsung's
Phone its self works well otherwise but poor service and total lack of accessories puts me off buying another or recommending.
I also don't know why they sell the phone with the highest spec on a 3G when they have lower spec on 4G

Same as the other persons review.
The battery exploded on my phone. Call every day to get through to the same operator who wont put me through. Apparently it "goes to voicemail" and apparently they will call me back. They never do. Avoid like the plauqe.

Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad. I bought their phone from Asda and spent a long time getting it to work properly. For all of the specs, the processor is not up to much. But, my phone cracked, I paid for a screen repair and the fun really began then. The phone manufacturer has no phone lines. So you have to go online and chat with the 'care' team. Oddly, I kept finding the same operator. Days and days followed of assurances that my case was being expedited to the 'concern' team and still nada, nowt zilch.
I think that the company buys in phones, sticks on their labels and then does nothing else. Their offices are not a technology park, but an office in an industrial unit. Directors associated with other companies based there. Oddly, all companies 'Santok' this and that Getting my money back of Paypal
