Stitcher UK is a Golden gem

Stitcher is the best thread shop I have ever used, I consider myself a loyal customer.
The staff are second to none, they will bend over backwards to ensure every single customer is happy.
I would never get my threads from a different supplier unless they don't sell what I needed.

I ordered some embroidery cotton at a…

I ordered some embroidery cotton at a really good price. I had a problem with delivery but it was nothing to do with Stitcher Ltd (the post office is holding onto our mail for up to two weeks), I emailed them to see if they had sent my order and got a very prompt reply from Emma says they would send another order straightaway. The next morning the cotton arrived just as I ordered, will definitely use Stitcher Ltd again.

Great Service

I was kept up to date with the tracking of my parcel and it was received quickly. Also very happy with the price of my cottons. I will be using stitcher again.
