Appalling treatment

If I could rate any lower, I would. It was a shocking experience with this company that can't maintain a hands-on approach as East Ham London is 254 miles from Blackpool. The flat is freezing cold and doesn't match the criteria for the EPC; out of 9 features, only 4 passes. They don't vet viable prospective tenants, and as a result, they wonder why they have so many issues. My upstairs neighbors fly tip, shoplift, take repair issues into their own hands, and deal drugs.
I have ended up hospitalized nearly dying, a victim of fraud, and an unmistakable question mark over my mental health. If something is too good to be true then invariably, it is!
