We visited to obtain a whole set of my daughter school uniform, from walking into the shop Gail couldn’t be more helpful in getting the right items for the uniform list and of course helping with the correct sizing an fitting.

Stephanie and all the ladies in the shop were absolutely brilliant and helped our daughter gain her confidence in her new uniform.
Now we are all ready for the new journey in the new school.

I recently ordered some new school skirts for my daughter - they arrived promptly and in good condition.
I also remembered I had some rugby shorts to return for my son as I had ordered the wrong size. I initially presumed I had missed the return window, but then saw on the website that you have 365 days to return items. This is fantastic! I returned the shorts 6 months after I had bought them and got a full refund.

We visited the Bournemouth store yesterday and felt compelled to write a review after the great experience we had with Jamie. My 11 year old is due to start senior school but is currently immunocompromised so we only just found out she could attend for a couple of days. This meant a big last minute rush for her uniform but at a time when we needed to avoid others. I emailed the store for advice on Monday evening and got an immediate response from Jamie who offered to open the store 30 mins early for us on the Tuesday to reduce the risk to my daughter (given it’s the busiest time right now). He was prompt, kind and welcoming when we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful. We managed to secure what she needed and exited the store before it got busy. Jamie made a real difference to us during what is quite a fraught time. Everything we needed was in stock and it was a great experience for us. Huge thanks to Jamie.

Quick to gather order but 2 weeks to pick up when we had a 2 week holiday booked was a surprise. Need to make that clearer. Then finally back and sorting through the rush pick up we made and we have the wrong school PE Ts in the bag. Not a great experience this time around.

Hope knew exactly what we were looking for, asked about sizes, and made sure we could try things on. She was beyond helpful with her knowledge and service.
