Great watch and service. Arrived in 2 days.

Satisfied with the support I got when a watch with an issue got lost on the way back for repairing.
We couldn’t recover the watch but I rightly got the option of picking any other watch.
If you live in Denmark - do not use PostNord to send anything of value - it will get lost.

True story: I just now received my wall clock. I was so impressed with the packaging and the clock that I started to take a photo of it to send to a friend. I knocked a bottle over with my camera and it dented the metal housing. I’m really mad at myself!

I purchased the Sternglas Naos Argo Limited Edition watch after seeing it on the website and being bowled over by the colours and minimalist design.

The purchasing process via the site was straight forward and the watch arrived promptly and well packaged.

Customer services have been quick to respond to any queries by email (they are based in Germany so calling was not possible).

The watch itself looks great in the flesh and is light and well built with quality materials and at a reasonable price-point.

I would certainly recommend Sternglas and buy from them again.

Bad quality control. Out of the box, the bezel had several scratches and the dial very visible dust particles. Very dissapointed with the quality of the product.

The timepieces are very beautiful, tasteful and functional. The glass dome does not have the glare that other brands have. I purchased the Naos Argo. It is exciting to purchase a limited edition and it was even more beautiful in person.

This is my second purchase from Sternglas, and just like before, everything was fantastic! Ordering is easy, and the watch arrived in the UK in 3 days, all duties and taxes paid. Great value & quality product, and service is unbeatable.

The watch is beautiful, handsomely crafted, and perfectly finished. The feel is substantial without being heavy. Winding and adjusting have a nice light touch. The Milanese strap is completely worth it, although the black leather is a little more dressy, the feel of the Milanese is what I prefer.

The circus Roncali l e watch has an attractive dial surrounded ny a pale yellow gold plated case.
The crown and hand adjustment feels of a quality construction. The seconds hand rests reassuringly on the exact indices and not halfway as you seem to have to put up with on low quality quartz movements..
I like the circus inspired angled chapter ring continuing a long style of hourly indices. The clever moon disl effect that works over the phase during the month is charming..
I'm a fan of the curved convex crystal and the Sternglas bowl shaped case and charming etching on the screw down back.
One negative point is no luminous hzns and the case is too slim for my tastes. The automatic watch such as my Companion has a definite high quality feel and for real.
So I would like a more substantial weight and style.
A larger diameter perhaps 42mm?
Otherwise a great design ideal at work or socialising.
Be careful that the leather strap is tight around the easy removable feature to the case lugs.

Excellent watches, love the minimalist design it reminds me of Braun designs. Will surely support the young brand in the future. The shipping was fast.

That is fast. I am very satisfied with Sterglas back ground crew who is compassionate, helpful and friendly. Hope Sterglas keep up the good and forge ahead in the competitive watch industry. Innovation on the notion simlpcity (my oppion). Your watch prices is reasonable to the mass. The mass customers nowadays change watches like changing handphone. I am the older generation so I kept what I love. They is life in every watch (automatic) it have a heart. So owners should take care of the watch cleaning, appreciating all fine details the watch. Better than keeping a pet.
Which have life span but wind the watch it will be alive again heart beating.
Finally attend to finer things of the watch the movement, workmanship, needles,printing, colours,shape, comfort, design able to last if possible forever. Key to success in watch manufacturing is to show craftsmanship
unknowingly love it forever and kept it. Watch collectors collect watches to appreciate while and not just wearing it. I am beginner at 61 going to retire.
When I saw your watch I fell in love with it immediatelly Naos Automatik 38 mm Black. Even the letter K not C I loved it. Good decision have your own style. Bought the Modesto in black. All the images of it on the website show the dial being darker than the rest of the aluminium bezel. In reality the glare and reflection of the glass (I was assured it has double anti reflective coating) make the very thin minute and hour marks pretty dim; in the photos they look possitively fluorescent.

Apart from that, I like the watch a lot. It is thin, light, and I love that it's made in aluminium. Not many watches are made in this material. The leather strap is very supple too. I would have preffered the watch were 37~38 mm diameter (keeping the 20 mm wide strap) instead of 40, but I knew that before purchasing it.

I ordered on the Monday, my order was promptly confirmed, I was sent tracking information and my watch arrived bang on time, and it is thing of Bau Haus beauty- simple elegant smart! Absolutely love it - thank you Sternglas, I will be back !
