Bought for the first time a Stephen Joseph dinosaur backpack for my kindergartner in August 2019. It is now November 2019 and the backpack is falling apart. In all my years buying backpacks have I ever had to buy 2 in the course of one school year.

he workers in the production of this company are badly educated mainly to Veronica today there was an exchange of words. jokes nonsense between Veronica and Jenifer yells this because there was no supervisor.

Loved everything about this gift! We buy the quilted backpacks for our grandchildren for their 3rd birthday and it is absolutely perfect; they have each and every one loved theirs <3 We have 4 left to buy for so we are 11 for 15...Thank you!!

I love the butterfly theme for my daughter and the dinosaur theme for my son. Great quality and several options to choose.

Bought raincoats, boots, and umbrella ensemble for my granddaughters birthdays. They loved them so much my oldest granddaughter wouldn’t take her coat off and slept in it. Great quality on coat and boots. One umbrella came unstitched but Stephen Joseph replaced it with no problem I just had to send pics. Will definitely recommend and purchase coats and boots for my grandsons!

I purchased a butterfly rain poncho for my niece and she absolutely loves it! Good quality too.

The nap mat was perfect and adorable and the foam bath toys cling to the side of the tub well. My daughter enjoys them. I will definitely order from this company again. Zero complaints :)

This is the second Stephen Joseph lunch box I have purchased. My daughters love them. They are good quality and durable. The first one I purchased has lasted through two years of school and will be used again this coming school year. I have no doubt the bee will last just as long.

The bags I ordered were great. However the reusable snack bags were poorly manufactured and ripped on both sides on one of the units ordered with gentle use. The sealing on the sides need to be improved, else snack spill all over inside bags.

Everything looked great. They came clean, undamaged, and well put together. Although they over all look great I was disappointed that the go go backpack was different colored thread then the lunch box. I don't understand why on the go go pack you had used blue thread and on the lunch box you used white thread. The name was spelled correctly and everything else was perfect except for the thread color. This was supposed to be a matching set, and now it doesn't look like a set instead just two similar pieces put together to make a set. Just didn't make sense why you would take a set bought together for the same name and kid and make it two different pieces with the same firetruck on it. Overall, I'm happy with it jut let down and disappointed you didn't make sure the matched as a set like the were bought. I plan on taking it to a local person to match the thread to the backpack. Thank You

I love the little backpacks they have because I was able to personalize with my kids name. My only concern is that the magnetic snap is starting to tear the fabric which is too bad. I have stopped using the snap so it doesn't rip all the way through. Otherwise, the bag is still completely functional!

I am thoroughly impressed with Stephen Joseph. I love the variety of products they offer in so many fun colors. My purchase came quicker than I expected and upon receipt I was impressed with the quality. I bought a small quilted backpack for a baby gift and had it embroidered. The embroidery was perfect!
