Really great company
Really great company. I had some damage to one radiator and after a short phone call, they took my order details and immediately arranged a replacement. I just had to repackage it to send it back with the courier when the new one arrived. Thanks Stelrad.

Replacing an old radiator. It is perfect👍
I called Stelrad to ask for an explanation on the codes relating to the rows of fins/depth of the radiators. That wasn't clear on-line but the lady I spoke to was very helpful and I was able to make my choice. I then ordered the rad I wanted on line. It arrived so quickly. I think the next day. The rad is perfect, neat and is exactly what I want. Good price too. I may replace some more radiators here as it will be a great upgrade to our house. Thank you.

I rang Amy to ask for help in getting…
I rang Amy to ask for help in getting the correct covers for my already purchased radiators. Ii gave her the order number but i still got top covers with tabs on but no holes in the sides for them to fit to. Also she said it didn't matter if i bought left or right sides as they are interchangeable. They are not as they have fittings at one end and also won't fit the top cover.

I bought 3 radiators from stelrad and they look great. The delivery was unfortunately delayed due to their courier but the team bent over backwards and sent the radiators out again to ensure I got them on time. Really great service.

Radiators arrived as scheduled but scratched before being dispatched
Radiators turned up as scheduled, but on unpacking a few weeks later when plumber was available one had a visible chip and a scratch. Too late to return as work schedule could not be changed. Disappointing

The small radiator arrived with no…
The small radiator arrived with no damage to packaging. On opening, the 2 corners were damaged, obviously in the factory. Also using the stelrad messaging system, it wouldn’t send!

the radiator i ordered came on the day…
the radiator i ordered came on the day i was given, but because they have changed radiator sizes i had to order one 50 mm to small for my existing pipework so had to find a tail to fit,radiator is now in position and connected, and seems ok on the test heating run i gave it.

Loose grill and side panels on K2
I replaced an old Stelrad K2 with a like for like replacement.
The body of the radiator is faultless.
However, the top grill and side panels flap about loose with no obvious way to tighten them.
Older Stelrads dont have this problem,

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service dept. Calls are picked up quickly and staff are well trained and can sort out issues straight away, nothing is too much trouble.
Damages are promply replaced without question and even turned up next day.
The actual radiators seem high quality and fairly priced for such a designer look.
