Good Application

It was the only software that I was able to access my corrupted HDD. Really satisfied. Very easy to cancel the subscription via the chat.

Devashish from Stellar Data Recovery provided solid assistance with my subscription cancellation. He was responsive, clear in his explanations, and guided me through the process without unnecessary delays. I appreciated how he addressed my concerns directly and ensured that the cancellation was completed properly. Behaviour of Devashish was overall nice
Anyhow I wanted to get my subscription cancelled last day but he could not help me with that, though his behaviour was nice, so, as a whole giving 4 out of 5 stars as I did not get actual solution.

Deceptive, buyer beware

Very deceptive, but luckily I didn't buy it. The testimonials and website say data can be recovered from non-mounted drives that are not visible on disc utility, I spent time with the person on chat and in the end they admitted that the software can't work if the disc isn't visible on disc utility. Make sure you verify that your specific need can be met before buying, because based on other comments, getting your money back is not easy.
