This company is Vauxhall Finance plc under a different name

This company is Vauxhall Finance plc, I made a formal complaint, and after 3 weeks of contact they decided, to tell me in an email they are now changing their company over to Stellantis Financial Services. They still have not dealt with my car situation, but they keep on requesting for payments to be made, for a car that is on hire purchase that cannot work. They have completely ignored my car situation. Vauxhall Finance should have transferred all my information plus my formal complaint with my case. Vauxhall Finance Plc said they changed their company's name in April 2023, and only in June 2024 did they decide to tell me after I made a formal complaint. This company is ridiculous and is a scam! I will be taking this further to the ombudsman.

There is no human connectivity at Stellants Financial Services.

There is no human to deal with. No one to answer phone calls. Do accept emails to the address they provide. Simply an AI generated proforma is sent in replacement of your email.

I have spent many hours completing emails in both English and Spanish. My sole intention is to make my enquiry easier to understand by outlining my needs and expectations and provide a date, this a reasonable requirement by a third party purchasing my vehicle. Notwithstanding that the end of contract document by Stellantis Finance has a 3 day expiry date.

Granted Stellantis Finance have generated the required document, but never within the dates required as stated for the onward appointment.

It makes business sense. Stop relying on AI, provide that personalised human touch. If you offer an email address, then accept your customers have taken time in producing their enquiry.

For now, I have another enquiry going through the process. Date needed to meet no later than Pm 12 March 2023 otherwise I will have to do the process again for my forth time.

All I want is to be speak with someone for reassurance that this date will be met, or simply an email, surly this make for best practice within your business.
