I purchased a 1 year old e-rifter back in May 26 with only 4500 miles, I asked before I bought if the car had any damage at all and was told no damage it’s like new! Bearing in mind I’m a 3 hour drive away I took it as true and agreed to buy, only after collecting the car I noticed a small crease in the door panel that wasn’t obvious at the time. Then realised later that the charging cable wasn’t the one the car came with and it looked like it was 5-6 years old. Now I’ve found out the car should have an emergency tyre inflation kit but that is missing too. I contacted the dealer today to ask about this only to be told they are unable to post one to me but I can buy a similar item from Halfords. This isn’t really the service I expected from Stellantis&you after spending £20k on a car with them. I just hope others don’t feel as disappointed as I do.

We collected our Peugeot 5008 today and had an excellent experience with Dipesh Nakum at Peugeot Romford.

Dipesh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, patient and genuinely went out of his way to help us throughout the whole process. Buying a new car can sometimes feel stressful, but Dipesh made everything straightforward and kept us informed every step of the way.

He took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly and made sure we were completely happy and comfortable with the car before leaving. Nothing felt rushed or pressured — the customer service was genuinely first class.

We’re extremely happy with our new 5008 and even happier with the service we received.

I already had a Peugeot Partner and It suited me fine so because I am now 67 I decided to look for a newer and automatic version. I found one on the internet and it was a good price and in the Stellantis Romford showroom. I made an online form brief enquiry and a short time later a guy called Shahzaib Khan phoned me. Shazaib told me everything I needed to know and even gave me aprice for my old one. Ashort time after he sent me a pro former invoice with the amount offered for my car included in it. Shazaib gave me the assurance that this would be the offer they would stick to so the following Monday I drove down an Shazaib met me at the entrance and after 15 minuits in the sales office I was driving away in a shining 2024 modelwhich was as described - like new

I originally visited Stellantis and You Peugeot Romford, simply to have a look at a Peugeot 2008 as I had been browsing online. I am usually very reluctant to engage with sales people through fear of hard sell, however in this case I was greeted by Joseph Smith Duodu who was very relaxed, happy for me to look at the display car in my own time and made himself available for any questions. In the following hour or so, Joseph took me on a test drive, valued my existing car and came up with a deal on a new 2008 that I simply could not refuse. At no point did I feel under pressure to buy either the car or additional products. From order to collection Joseph's service has been impeccable. Contact has always been made at the agreed timescales, and Joseph has explained everything clearly. He is polite, courteous and a credit to the dealership. Overall it has been an excellent experience and I recommend anyone considering purchasing a new Peugeot to go and see Joseph in Romford.

Extremely disappointing customer service – no response for almost two months

I placed an order for a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) on 15 May and, despite waiting for almost two months, I have still not received the document or any meaningful update.

During this time I have:

Called multiple times.
Sent several emails.
Submitted enquiries through the official Contact Us form.
Raised a formal complaint.
Requested either delivery of the CoC or a refund.
Asked for an explanation regarding the delay.

Unfortunately, every attempt has been ignored. There has been no communication, no estimated delivery date, and no response to my complaint.

As a paying customer, I expected a far more professional level of service from Stellantis. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.

I hope someone from Stellantis will finally review my case, provide an explanation, and either issue my Certificate of Conformity immediately or process a full refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
