Took car in for a safety recall at DS Manchester on the 29th August, they apparently still not started work on the car lack of communication is shocking. I've sent emails no reply ive rang and left messages with there AI person still no reply and everytime I ring all I get is their AI all I want to do is speak to a human being its that simple 😡😡 they have nearly had the car longer than ive owned it,

Brought car in for recall work, no acknowledgement from service rep that this was a nuisance
Not ready for collection when expected, no text update given, didn't seem at all bothered
No further updates given even though I am now waiting in the service reception
I'll try to find a different dealership next time

Just wanted to share my experience when visiting their Manchester showroom. Bobby the salesman i dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to buy a car and was given as much time as i needed before putting pen to paper. this is not the first time i have bought a new car but it was certainly the best. if your in the market for a new car i would recommend you pay them a visit.

I booked test drive for leapmotor a day advance went there pn time waited for 1hr and nobody even bothered to attend. And when I asked them about the booking. They were pretty rude and didn't bothered then I had to leave. Very decepointed on the customer service.

I dropped in without an appointment at the Manchester branch, I found the car I was interested in but unfortunately all the sales staff were busy. As a sales lady passed me I asked her if anyone was available from the DS showroom, she said she would ask. A few minutes later a chap called Naresh asked could he help, I explained my situation, he explained he was busy but he could get the keys for me to look myself until someone was available. As I was walking out to the car lot the previous lady called to me to say she’d be out shortly. I sat in the car for around 10 when the sales lady arrived. We had a good chat about the car and valued my car for part-exchange. Unfortunately the part-ex value was too low for me to reach the asking price, a hold has been put on the car for me to try and meet the asking price and I have a test drive booked. All in all, a good experience with helpful and pleasant staff considering I didn’t have an appointment. Let’s hope for the right outcome.

Paul Smith, has by far the best customer service attitude I have found in a Car Sales room. He is informative and helpful. He strives for perfection for you as a customer. He should be promoted to Manager, and train others to give the same standards as his. Thank you Paul for thinking of the customer first! Keep being you!

Paul was great when handing over my car today. A really lovely and personable guy and even made my son laugh (hes a tough audience!) As always a really easy and stress free experience!
