, my experience at Stellantis Crawley was very good and staff were very helpful, the person i had to deal with me was Natasha she is very good at keeping me informed of the work i needed to have done and the after the work was completed the entire process was very professional, The car was thoroughly cleaned after the work was done, and Natasha was very professional at her job, and i will be using the garage again, i have been with the garage for over 7
years and the follow on afterwards is very good ,i have a great peace of mind about the company and the the treatment is outstanding. Highly recommend!"

My car had a major service and MOT today. Sienna the customer service agent who dealt with my car was polite, helpful and informative which was great because I was waiting at the garage for the work to be done. She responded to all my queries in a timely fashion and I felt glad to be well looked after. I have a car care plan with EMAC which this garage recognises and over the years I have been pleased with the service I get.

DS Crawley with Tim and Abi really know how to make a customer feel valued and always make me feel very welcomed. When I arrive everything is ready with clear communication and my car has always been ready ahead of schedule. The jewel in the crown is that my car gets a great valet so when I pick it up it feels like new !!!
