Untrustworthy - don’t buy

First we were sent a faulty product. I asked to hold another for a replacement. I sent the faulty one back as instructed but they did not hold a replacement and have now sold out. Terrible service. Massive disappointment. Will
Never buy from them again.

Really impressive customer service

I am super impressed with customer service. I reached out on an issue that I didn’t think they could, or would, help me with, and Tommy jumped on it right away, and was really efficient in connecting and fixing the problem. In a day and age where lousy customer service seems to be the norm, I was blown away.
My problem was fixed and resolved with a new part in less than seven days. There was no back-and-forth, there was no haggling, there was no issue… They recognized the problem and committed to fixing it.
Really impressive.
And you won a customer for future products as well.

My package was lost

My package was lost

After nearly a month of contact between yourselves and UPS, nothing was agreed on my claim. I had no proof of delivery apart from UPS tracking website.

Even though this was an issue with UPS, they kept on claiming is had been "Delivered"
I live in my own home. And was accepeted in by "John" at "Reception" Last i looked, i dont have a recpetion in a 3 bedroom house in the UK!

Despite Steel Series trying to find out what went wrong, they did try their best!

I had to buy the product again off Amazon this time which cost me another £270.... I got it next day
And i love the product! I cannot fault it one bit! Definatly worth the money!
If you order from Steel Series website, DO NOT have UPS as delivery!

Well-designed and dependable products

it was a slow process with too much…

it was a slow process with too much info on the return too many photographs needed, the receipt and the fact it was broken should have been enough.

Best Customer Service

Dealing with SteeleSeries is a breeze. Had an issue with my gaming headset and it could not have gone smoother. Contacted CS about my headset, and within a week, I was sent a replacement.

Instructions were clear, Mav was really nice & helpful. I'd be happy to recommend.

Destroy your headset for a replacement

The idea to have me destroy my headset in order for Steelseries to send out a new one was baffling to me. I was supposed to be without a headset for up to two weeks.
I received my money back, as I was still within the first 2 month or whatever the timeline was. It took quite some time to get my money back.

Helpful and cordial

Had to contact Steelseries due to a faulty mouse that was close to end of warranty. The person who I spoke with (identified as Finnick) was extremely helpful and polite. I got sent new equipment.

Arctic Gamebuds

I reached support couse I had and still have problem with my Gamebuds. Left bud makes cracking sound when ANC is on and Sidetone dosent work on low, medium settings. We figure it out that's software problem, so Im waiting for an update. But even if problem is still there, customer service was really helpfull and have a lot of paintece with me and my problem that they wanna truely solved, even replace my buds with new ones. Im greatful for that and thank You, Analise. :) I would give You 5 stars, becouse support was so good, but problem is still there. I'm sorry. :( Maybe when update will come out and problem will be fixed.

By earbuds were faulty after a couple…

By earbuds were faulty after a couple months of infrequent use. I reached out to customer service and eventually was told that your policy is to push the responsibility back to the retailer if the product was sold via a 3rd party. It was frustrating. I’m awaiting my replacement pair which I had to buy again after returning the faulty pair for a refund to Amazon and finding the I had no more stock. I had to pay more for the replacement pair. They shouldn’t just been replaced.
