Good service, but the final price is always a surprise
We booked few times on stedentrips.nl and found the service good. Stedentrips reacted quickly on our request and the contact persons were nice and efficient.
What disturbed us every time we booked: the information we get on the webpage at the moment of booking, regarding the prices of the train tickets and the choices of the departure time is misleading.
Often we book a trip with 0 (or few) Euro "toeslag" for the train, with a choice among 20 trains, with departure times spread over a day, and then we are called the second day to be friendly informed that we have to pay one or two hundred Euro's extra for the train and the choice among 20 trains transformed itself into a choice among two trains (one early in the morning, the other one late in the evening...)
It is annoying that all this information is not available at the moment we book... and this is the reason why we stop booking on stedentrips.nl
