Easy to book and good travel experience
Easy to use website with easy booking process. Check in efficient and plenty of available seating and decent food/drink options on board.Courtesy bus option very good and friendly service as I currently have mobility issue but quite a few times have been one of the last to board and disembark, which was a bit disappointing. Although no charge for luggage is very welcome after travelling half a dozen times in as many months I've noticed that fares generally have crept up quite a lot over the last 12 months but still reasonably competitive compared with airline option with baggage.

Unruly passengers
Unfortunately on the journey to the Island there was a number of very,very noisy passengers and no action was taken by the staff until 2 hours into the journey. When the staff arrived it was dealt with positively, after a number of passengers complained.

This is the worst booking website that…
This is the worst booking website that I have experienced. I got timed out whist registering which was annoying. I had to go back to the beginning several times before actually getting my trip booked. Booking my hotel online afterwards was a dream. My wife usually books our Steam Packet travel and just said that it is always dire. Maybe have an app for frequent users (we live on IoM and travel across a lot).
