t doesn't get any better than this. probably the best seller I've had on ebay in over 15 years. For computers for me there is no better offer on ebay - even with the bundles- unique and at this extremely fair price can not be topped. Starting with the advice what is best suited for my needs. On my many many questions always in the shortest time professionally and absolutely friendly an always helpful answer. Top handling of purchase and transport. During installation for me beginner the brilliant support I needed. Always friendly and never annoyed whether my ignorance. I would give one more in all evaluation points if I could. ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION. IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

I ordered a new Mac Studio with an external aluminium hub and hard drive on advice from Stephen at Steady Comps which was a much cheaper solution than buying direct from Apple. It's turned out to be ideal for my needs and it was wonderful when I needed help to be able to ring up and speak to a real person who really knows their stuff rather than a muppet who just reads from a script like you get these days with most tech companies after you have spent ages in a phone queue. So if you want a better Mac solution than you would get from Apple and good old fashioned customer service buy from Steady Comps - you will not be disappointed.

From an order to a phone call Steve was there answered all my questions NO high sale pitch just the truth and told me what I needed. Very friendly person and kept me in touch in relation to my order. I can say I totally recommend this company for sure. It is worth while making contact with them the response is amazing

This is my second laptop I have purchased from Steady Comps and very happy with the result. They have given me good pre-purchase advice on what options I can choose before-hand and after sales service is excellent. I remember even after a year of my previous purchase Steady Comps were still assisting me on different software, even though the laptop was out of warranty, but I had no where else to go and they came through. Now with this new purchase they are more than happy to answer or advise within a short time and I would not want to go anywhere else to purchase such expensive equipment. International purchase UK to Belgium went smooth, only Fedex taxes invoice to be dealt with with Fedex directly but even that was handled easy and within 1 day.

In 2019 I was looking for the versatility of a dual-boot machine and bought a "2018 Apple Mac Mini/Six-Core i7/3.2GHz/16GB RAM/256GB SSD/MacOS Windows 7&10" from Steady Comps. Having had such a good experience the first time, I went back to Stephen when thinking about getting a Laptop. Rather than trying to "up-sell" my requirements, he gave me some great advice about what I actually needed and so I recently purchased their MacBook Air bundle:

These guys know how to treat customers! They do a brilliant range of products, mine was an Apple Mini bundle which included their own design hub with extra ports /SSD storage and a Windows / Linux bundle. Not only that, their prices are very good and coming up to 4 months after the purchase, they still get in touch with helpful advice and updates. This is the only place to go!

Great service! When I get a new Mac or PC, it often sits around for ages until I have time to do all the set up. Steady comps do all of that work, and got it everything in under an hour. Plan to use them again and can recommend them to anyone.

If only all companies were this good! Ordered a MacBook Pro with Studio Display. Everything arrived securely, was set up remotely and works well. Throughout this order I had all my questions answered, was kept informed as to progress and in the end the Studio Display was delivered earlier than expected. Have no problem recommending these guys and will certainly use them again!

Just purchased a Mac from Steady Comps. I chose this company as I wanted an iMac but also the ability to run windows on the same machine. It is probably possible for someone who is tech savvy to figure out what software is required to go and get all the software they think they need, install it and set it all up so that they all work with each other.
What you get with Steady Comps for not that much more is an excellent service where you can discuss your requirements and suggestions are made on the best products for this requirements and the product is all set up for you at your convenience. No hassle setting up and Steve is really helpful in answering any questions not just during the set up but also afterwards. This service is gold, you're never left trying to figure out technical set ups and not many places offer such excellent support. Emails are answered almost straight away and everything is worked around the customer.
This is my second purchase from Steady Comps and I went back for the same great service I received 8 years ago!

I have recently purchased a new laptop and support bundle from SteadyComps. The service overall was outstanding. I had lots of really good advice, everything arrived just as discussed and what I eventually bought was tailored to me and avoided pitfalls I would otherwise have fallen into. everything I didn't understand was clearly explained with no nonsense information. Set up was really flexible and tailored to my needs. Everything was made much simpler than I expected it to be (I'm no computer buff); Steve seemed to sense what level I was at and pitched the discussion accordingly.
The end result is a very satisfied customer who would recommend this company without any reservations.

Excellent service and on - time delivery to Cyprus as promised. However, be aware that the computer ships sealed direct from Apple and the extra hardware will come in a seperate shipment! This did cause some confusion at first, (cleared up promptly by Stephen) and the package was cinsficated by Cyprus Customs and disappeared! Not the fault of supplier and new package despatched immediately. Strongly recommend the service from this supplier.
