Order placed, confirmation received instantly. Couple of days later (presuming they aren't in the office everyday, which is understandable) I get a call. Lovely man on the phone said they've had a stock error and my product was out of stock.
He offered me a few alternatives based on what I was looking for/collecting and we came to an arrangement that was more than acceptable to me and all items arrived next day.
Will be using again without a doubt.

I pre-ordered the Super Bowl 60 Program a couple of weeks before the big game. Fantastic and prompt service. Reasonably priced in comparison to other vendors and I received the Program 2 days before the big game. Well packaged. Highly recommended and will certainly order again from them.
