A great service
I was quite shaky after breaking down. I found the app really easy to use. Updates were great. The recovery man was lovely. Made me feel safe and secure. I'd definitely recommend and will absolutely use again.

Clutch failure in the Peak District
START Rescue recovered me and my motorcycle from Sheffield back to Norfolk. Response time was good considering the location and that it was a sunny Sunday morning with lots of leisure traffic about.
The service from SOS Motorcycles was good. They were knowledgeable and took great care of my motorcycle.

The whole experience was stress free and easy
It was easy to report the breakdown. In faact my friend did it for me as he had recently called Start Rescue for his own breakdown. I think we had to wait about half an hour for the breakdown man to arrive but it may have been less. surprisingly quick anyway. He was cheerful, polite, very aware of kids coming out of school and used flashers. Diagnosed the problem in minutes (dead battery) and told me exactly what to do to get to my usual garage safely, Couldn't have been better. Thank you.

Had a flat tyre
Had a flat tyre. Slightly older lady who has never changed a tyre. Didn’t have an accurate idea of where I was but the customer service were so helpful and kind. Between us we worked out where I was and the mechanic arrived in no time and had me on the road very quickly.
Customer service called again to make sure the Mechanic had arrived.
