Worst experience ever!
I started using this service to check and see how it works.
Last April 10th, I received an email saying that I was charged 71.98€ because I subscribed to a recurring membership, which is not what I have seleceted on their website.
I promptly emailed them, asking to cancel my profile, therefore my membership, and asking for a refund because I won't use their platform.
I was told that yes, they would have cancelled my profile, but they are not entitled to a refund of the money.
I pointed out to one of the customer service personnel that to be charged, they should send a reminder saying when you will be charged, so that the client is left with the responsibility to carry on with their service or not. But also that there should be a 14-day timeframe period within which a customer is entitled to ask for a refund if not happy with the service.
I was completely ignored, and they vanished.
I will never use them again!

First tattoo ever I was terrified. Vyuooha made it the best experience of my life
I will be completely honest. I had been putting off getting a tattoo for three years purely out of fear. Fear of pain, fear of infection, fear of ending up with something I hated on my body forever. My cousin finally convinced me to visit Vyuooha Tattoo Studio in Coimbatore and I wish I had gone three years earlier.
Dinesh explained everything before touching anything. He showed me exactly what a sterile single-use kit looks like, opened it in front of me, and walked me through every step of what was going to happen. That alone removed about 80 percent of my anxiety.
I wanted a geometric tattoo on my forearm something clean and precise. He did not show me a catalogue and ask me to pick something. He asked me what feeling I wanted it to carry and then designed it specifically for me. The precision of the lines is incredible. People stop me on the street to ask about it.
The pain was completely manageable. The aftercare guidance they gave me including their own ointment and instructions for cleaning with sterile water meant the healing was smooth with no complications at all.
Vyuooha Tattoo Studio is genuinely the best tattoo shop in Coimbatore. The cleanliness, the skill, the warmth of the entire experience nothing comes close. If you are considering your first tattoo and you are nervous go to Vyuooha. You will leave wondering why you waited so long.

I got who i needed in under 15mins with quite a few trades men open to my needs. Also had 3 of them come out and price the job without any issues and got the price i wanted within £50 so very satisfied with the service and will use them in the future. Saves a lot of hassle
