Kalpesh & Starknowledge cost our company a lot of money for a project that was not complete & what was done was not to industry standards

This firm does not stick to a tight SLA & initially was professional & easy to work with but became very unprofessional after paying to deliver on a 9 month project which over run due to lack of project management & inability to deliver on complex functions of our project

It is regrettable that I must provide this review of Star Knowledge, but I believe it is essential for other organizations to understand my interactions with them. This service provider was recommended to me by a marketing company that was part of the project. Looking back, if I had known then what I know now, I would not have chosen to collaborate with this company.

Initially, I switched from another IT company that had created a problematic website for me. The functionality was incorrect, and there were no technical documents explaining how the site worked. When I transferred the website to Star Knowledge, I was promised technical documentation detailing the site's operations. However, the company did not fulfill these commitments.

The project lacked adequate project management, and what was supposed to be a 9-10 month project under an SLA extended to around 16 months due to incomplete work and incorrect site development. Despite numerous meetings and email exchanges to address issues such as component additions and removals, they did not meet these requests. Critical issues for Phase 1 project resolution remained outstanding.

My experience with Star Knowledge has been highly stressful and has affected my health. I terminated my contract with them due to their lack of responsiveness and inability to rectify website issues. The transition was far from smooth. Upon moving my site to another developer because of Star Knowledge's lack of communication and urgency, I discovered several compliance issues: absent database management, poorly structured code, incorrect file placements, database queries, PHP script issues, and coding standards. It is frustrating to have to spend additional money to rectify a website and ensure its compliance. This situation does not seem fair from the client's perspective.

I would not suggest this company.
