From the moment we first made contact with Tom we knew we were in good hands. He was immediately professional, personable and he called us back when he said he would to arrange a viewing.
He was delightful through the whole process. Efficient and reassuring , and we couldn't have hopped for a more pleasant experience.
As the let progressed we were introduced to Bethany who was also absolutely lovely, again very efficient, friendly and speedily organising all of the paperwork for us. I would say it's rare to deal with a team who were so engaging, positive and genuinely lovely.

Our experience with Leaders in Lewes has been amazing from the word go. We were in a bit of a complex situation - relocating from Somerset with a dog - and they went above and beyond to help us. Beth, our agent, was so professional, supportive and did everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible for us. We have dealt with a lot of lettings agents in the past and can confidently say Leaders are second to none, we really can't recommend them highly enough!

I reported that the lock to the main front door of the building had broken via Leaders easy to use website at 1930 in the evening and received a personal email from Tom Hills at the Lewes Branch at 0859 the following morning taking personal responsibility in dealing with the matter and advising that it would be dealt with straight away.

I checked the front door at lunch time and the lock had already been fixed that morning.

This is another example of the superb professional and personal service provided by Leaders, in this case Tom and Steve Evans at the Lewes branch.

Being new to the letting business myself, it was reassuring to have Tom from the Lewes branch as an assigned contact. Tom has a very good customer service being very approachable friendly, responding quickly when contacted with a professional approach.

Very good company to work with and very helpful

Tom at Lewes leaders led us with warmth, confidence and professionalism. It was a breeze with no hitches. What's more he often came to us rather than the other way round which made it so much easier. Mind you he was tipped well - 2 bottles of Homebrew Beer!

The whole team in Lewes are fantastic. We are a maintenance company and deal with property agents daily, some days are harder than others, however the Leaders team at Lewes are exceptional and we really enjoy the working relationship we have created with them. Would highly recommend.

I am a first-time landlord renting out my long term family home. To me, the process of getting my house ready, all the legalities attended to, finding a tenant, minimising risk etc was very daunting, however Lauren and Tom at Leaders did a very good job of guiding me through the process, communicating very well, providing useful and vfm services for certification, cleaning etc, and finally finding a tenant, so now my house is rented and I am happy. Very professional and friendly service from Tom & Lauren at Leaders in Lewes in reletting our period property.

Tom has been brilliant, we’ve had to move quite a few times in the last few years and were dreading going through the process again but Tom has made it easy and stress free. He’s been amazing at assessing our needs and worked quickly to find us what we were after, and has gone out his way to be helpful and considerate. Highly recommend!

Lauren at Leaders was super efficient and professional.She responded to my emails promptly,called me in Spain to discuss my needs,sent me lists of properties in Lewes for me to buy to rent out with comments regarding their suitability and the work needed to get them on the market and how much %yield I could expect in rental.
A lot of agents just bombard you with all the properties that they have on their books.Lauren had obviously listened to what I wanted and only sent appropriate properties.
If you are looking for letting agents Laura at Leaders is an excellent choice.

Leaders have kept me fully informed at every stage of letting out my flat. Tom a senior letting agent at the Lewes branch has responded quickly to my emails. Nothing has seemed too much trouble and the stress of preparing the property for letting has been taken off my hands.

Avoid if you can

They are estate agents... not much more to say. About as unhelpful and frustrating to deal with as every other estate agent as a tenant. They have only the interests of the landlord in mind and give little consideration to tenants - evidently because landlords pay their bills.
I would avoid if possible but of course it is hard when these are the ones responsible for the property you want to rent.

Why landlords pay these ridiculous fees to have such so little value added is beyond me.
