Worst service EVER!

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers, paid almost 100 £, order was prosessed and on its way, when I notices the status changed to: money Will be refunded. That was 3 weeks ago. Now the same Nike shoes are stille available to order, (for twice the price) and I stille haven't gotten mu money back, and have nog receiver any mail back. So, no money, no shoes and no explaination.

These sneakers were completely off the mark in terms of color. They are pictured as a light turquoise blue with light pink soles, but they are in fact a very intense cobalt blue with hot pink soles! They are way too loud for me. I kept them and hope to resell them
