STANDARD AUTO WRECKERS - LACK INTEGRITY - BEWARE
I purchased a full "Rear Slip Differential" from Standard Auto Wreckers. When an issue arose, they agreed to a full refund. On January 23, 2026, Manager Jennifer Gendron emailed me stating the owner, David Gold, would process the refund "today" or "tomorrow at the latest."
That promise was never fulfilled. The refund was never issued from many requests and promises dated from January 9th, 2026, and the company stopped communicating after her email. While their initial customer service responses seemed promising, their failure to follow through on a basic commitment shows a complete lack of integrity. Do not trust their word if they promise a resolution. I am still out $1,224.22 which I e-transferred to them (January 5th, 2026). I will be seeking recourse and here to warn others.
