Five stars

Five stars, no hesitation.
Ordered custom stamps and was confidently impressed start to finish. The selection is excellent, the design confirmation process for custom layouts is thorough and reassuring, and the turnaround is genuinely fast. When I had questions, their email support was prompt and helpful. The finished product is exactly what I wanted. If you’re on the fence, get off it. Highly recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I ordered an uninked stamp and some…

I ordered an uninked stamp and some waterproof ink. The stamp arrived pre-inked and resulted in thousands of labels being stamped with ink that smudged and ruined the labels. Not ideal when the labels had already been attached to over 4000 Christmas trees. The labels had to be removed, binned, and new labels restamped with a new stamp which arrived a few days later.
When I asked the member of staff if anything could be done about the situation, she said she could refund the delivery fee of £8. Not much consolation when hundreds of pounds worth of labels have been ruined.

Super Speedy!

Fantastic, placed an order for a customized stamp just before lunch and it arrived the very next day! I'm used to longer lead times as we're based in Northern Ireland so this was a welcome surprise!

Delighted with my stamp

Delighted with my stamp; exactly as I wanted. I particularly appreciate the care taken to trim back the edges of the rubber which can begin to pick up the ink during a long print run.

round stamp to replace embossed version the was old

ordered a stamp to replace our embossed company stamp, which was old and wouldn't scan nicely. The design process was easy to use. I uploaded the design and resized easily. There was an option of different stamp ink colour, and you can order replacement ink blocks. The delivery was nice and quick. Very pleased with the stamp and comes with a clip-on protective cap. I will recommend to others and will use stamps4u again.

Dean in customer services was very helpful. I had ordered a stamp that was too small, I asked if they could help me to order a new larger stamp with amendments they did his very efficientand new stamp on the way. I cannot rate them high enough. Thank you. Diane

A month and still nothing.

03/02/2023 - Order place. Advertised 3 day work time plus delivery.
09/02/2023 - Delivery window missed.
13/02/2023 - Contacted due to non-delivery. Was told it would get dispatched again. No tracking for first parcel given.
23/02/2023 - Contacted due to non-delivery. Was told it still hasn't been sent out yet. Would be sent out the next day priority.
07/02/2023 - Nothing ever received after a month. Opened case with merchant.

I ordererd 3 stamps with 3-5 working…

I ordererd 3 stamps with 3-5 working days delivery on the 9th of February and today 20th still not receiving them... i tried to trace Royal mail with the number they gave me and it does not exist. I needed them quite urgently.
BUY THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Rude, Unresponsive, Uncaring...

Required a stamp for next-day delivery. Telephoned on Tuesday 13th to confirm that this was still possible in the run-up to Christmas and with the strikes. Promised delivery on Wednesday 14th, didn't arrive, have chased for the last two days, and still no stamp, despite repeated promises for delivery on Thursday and for today.

The response from the customer service team has been abysmal. They won't even allow you to submit a complaint hence having to write a negative review, something I always feel uncomfortable about.

Why couldn't they have been honest with me on Tuesday or called me. I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Short delivery, not yet resolved

I ordered, and paid for, on line three packs, each containing two ink cartridges for self inking stamps. A package was received 48 hours later containing only one pack of ink cartridges. I tried calling the customer help number to notify them of the short delivery, which according to the terms on the delivery note should be made within three days from date of delivery. Despite calling in normal working hours the line was answered by recorded message which asked me to leave a message after the beep, but which immediately disconnected, I assume because the message machine was already full of messages. I therefore sent an email to the address on the delivery note, which has not yet elicited a response.

24 hours later I called the number again. This time it was answered by a gentleman who checked my order details, reassured me that there was no stock availability problem, and promised me the outstanding two packs would be posted first class mail that evening for them to arrive today. I sent a follow-up email to the company to update my first email.

I received a further package today as expected, but it only contains one pack of ink cartridges, rather than the two which were required to make up the original order. I have therefore had to leave a message on the answering machine, and send another e mail, to try a resolve what should have been a simple on line purchase.

I am exceedingly frustrated that the organisation should repeat the same error, and make a second short delivery, particularly as I would have expected the message to have been passed to the packing department that this was a dispatch to make up for a previous error. I have wasted far too much time already trying to get this resolved, and certainly will not be recommending them to my colleagues.
