My staircase was measured by recommended fitters.

When the new newells arrived they looked wrong. The fitters checked their original measurement which were given to StairFurb and found that the supplied newells were too big so could not be fitted. New newells of the correct size were sent and fitting went ahead.

All was going well until one piece of glass was found to be the wrong size. Once again the original measurements were checked and the glass was found to be the wrong size. A replacement piece of glass was then delivered - it was the same size as the original wrong sized glass. A further piece of glass was sent which was the wrong size. I made a video to show what the correct piece should be cut. A fourth new piece of glass delivered which was the correct dimensions which I fitted easily myself

We are extremely impressed with Stairfurb. We ordered a complete oak bannister system, including new newel posts, with black satin spindles, and the whole process was excellent from start to finish.

We began with a video consultation where they talked us through exactly how to measure our staircase and what we would need to order. This made the process really straightforward and gave us confidence that we were getting the right components. Communication was fantastic throughout, with regular updates via WhatsApp, which was really convenient.

The bannister itself was straightforward to install and we had it completed in less than a day. The online step-by-step video instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We love our new stairs! I must admit I was a bit dubious about having to measure the parts for the stairs myself but the process could not have been easier and following the instructions on the video call made it so easy. The parts slotted perfectly into place and we now have stairs that look modern and are great quality. Highly recommend!

From first contact to last our experience with stairfurb has been excellent. The face time measurement confirmation is a great idea and I would recommend all to take advantage. The quality of the delivered items was very good and the fitting instructions easy to follow. The actual fitting of the banister was easier than we thought and we are so pleased with the finnished result

The whole process was fully supported by Stair Furb staff and their useful animated how to literature. The delivery was punctual and precise.
But where it all got real was the installation process, it was seamless with every item fitting perfectly. But most significantly it was so easy to fit.
