Service was good
Service was good. Designing it on the website is great and very helpful on the phone. But the lack of protection on the stairs isn't good enough though. Could be better. Also chipped in a few places again down to not being protected enough.

Used stairbox 3 times and cannot fault them. Cheaper than ‘joiner built’ staircases - it’s just about being very accurate with your measurements! As it’ll come built EXACTLY as you asked.

Instructions on how to measure for the glass etc all very clear on the website.
Had an e-mail to check that what we had ordered was correct, as one item seemed a bit strange but was very helpful when we spoke to them.
Delivery was prompt and overall a great company.

Great company, friendly and helpful.
From the informative and friendly Hayley in customer services who spent time explaining the finer details and adjusting the plan to work in the space to the helpful and friendly delivery man, we found the company great to deal with it. And the builder was impressed with the quality of the stairs but not the instructions. Website is easy to negotiate too.
