Stairbox is a professional and efficient company and it was a delight doing business with them.
When I first ordered, my address being a new build, was slightly incorrect and Ian Wright corrected it as soon as I'd drawn his attention to it.
Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. Extremely well priced too.
The staircase is yet to be put together however I've looked at the individual product pieces and they are first class quality
I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Stairbox and would definitely use them again.
Great showroom with knowledgeable staff who were able to answer all queries clearly and offer alternatives where appropriate.
Product itself (stair balustrade replacement kit) is beautiful and great quality at a genuinely competitive price which we didn’t have to wait long for (2 weeks between order and delivery).
I initially thought about only giving 4 stars due to a human delivery error which meant all items didn’t arrive together; however the issue was quickly remedied once Stairbox was notified and the missing parts were delivered just 4 days later (first delivery on a Thursday, second delivery at 7.45 am on the following Monday).

The stair builder option on the web…
The stair builder option on the web site meant I could show my customer exactly what the stairs would look like and I could check that the outline dimensions to ensure the new stairs were going to fit perfectly where the old ones had been. Very good value and quality. Delivered promptly and the driver was very professional in appearance and attitude
