Took a 2007 Audi A4 V6 Quattro that had been sitting idle for over 15 months due to owner being in hospital to Stainless creations after it failed an MOT at another garage as my usual garage was unable to repair the exhaust so had to get a quote to replace an awkward to work on and hard to source exhaust system that would’ve cost over £4000 from audi despite the age of the car and that would have been just for the parts not the fitting !

Initially It looked like the car would have to be scrapped due to its age and not being cost effective to reoair the exhaust being such a complicated job from listening to other mechanics although I was recommended to try Stainless steel creations in Falkirk by a friend before throwing in the towel so called and spoke to Graden the owner of the garage on the phone first, he was very polite and explained that it could be fixed by them although since after market parts for that exhaust were almost impossible to find that him and his experienced team would basically have to rebuild the entire exhaust if the whole system was rusty and had leaks all over it, and it was due to time sat idle, he went on to give me a full rundown on what they would be doing and the quote he gave me was very reasonable since the new twin exhaust system would be totally rebuilt in stainless steel he explained and you could just tell from initially talking to Graden that him and his team have encountered every possible scenario before and the guy sounded very genuine and confident in his abilities despite me explaining that it was very rusty underneath the car so I agreed to book the car into his garage for the repairs just based on the reviews online about the company and our phone conversation which gave me confidence in them as he put me at ease with his friendly, down to earth manner, can do attitude and evident expertise in mechanics !.

Luckily they were able to book me in a couple of days later to start the work also and following meeting Graden at his very well equipped looking garage for the first time he further explained the time scale and their plan of action for the car which was all reassuring so left the car with them and awaited the repairs and MOT to be carried out.

Whilst the car was being MOTed only a few more issues needed addressing on the car thankfully ie 2 new tyres and a few other things that I already knew needed changing from last MOT failure.

Graden kindly agreed to do the extra bits and bobs for us at the same time as fixing the exhaust and that was great also to get everything required all at once, done in one place and being able to leave the car with them without having to bring it back another time as usually is the case with other busy garages I have used !

All the work was done bang on schedule including the extras and I just collected the car today, it is purring away and driving perfectly and with a full 12 months MOT, Before leaving the garage Graden put the car up on the ramp to show me the completed job, what a job they have done and I know they went above and beyond to basically create and rebuild the tricky exhaust system for me at short notice and all at a very reasonable price overall, he was bang on what he initially quoted on the phone for the exhaust also, it was a fraction of the price that the main dealer would have charged and the additional bits and bobs that were extras were done at a great price also so I am so glad I was able to find SC as they exceeded expectations hence this review and paramountly they were able to save a an older car from the scrap heap for us is testament to the guys dedication to his business and skill as I tried many garages before to fix the exhaust and no one wanted to do it as it is a notoriously tricky job so thanks again to Graden and the team at Stainless Creations Falkirk for your services and I fully recommend them to anyone for not only for building custom stainless steel exhaust systems but they also do other mechanical repairs and MOT,s as mentioned also in Falkirk area and throughout Scotland !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a 2.5 inch stainless cat back exhaust system fitted yesterday to my Fiesta ST, what fantastic work these guy do, the exhaust is brilliant and sounds fantastic, also the quality of the fabrication work is excellent and the price was fantastic for the quality of product that you receive. I would recommend Stainless Creations to anyone looking to have a custom exhaust or any other work done as the boys are all brilliant at what they do, pure artistry. I will be using their services again for any other work I need done in the future and will be telling my friends of the service they provide, fantastic company and superb service all round, keep up the great work guys, what a service.

Had major issues with my Audi A4 for my MOT. Numerous issues, not least needing a whole new exhaust.

Graydon and the team at Stainless Creations took great care of me. Starting with getting my car to MOT standard and custom fitting a full stainless steel exhaust.

Graydon kept me informed at every stage and had my car ready 2 days earlier than expected (disclaimer: might not always be the case but I can only speak for my own experience).

I have to say, having picked up my car today. What an absolutely amazing job the guys have done on my car. Had to be one of the smoothest rides home and got exactly what I'd asked for with the new exhaust.

To anyone out there that is looking for a custom exhaust or general work on your car, this is the place for you. They treat your car like its one of their own. If you have any questions or aren't that mechanically minded then they'll happily give you the time to explain it in a way you'll understand.

Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a garage. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back in future.
