No contact after receiving defective digitizer
I purchased a digitizer screen for my Samsung A7 and when installed it did not work. It was more expensive than other suppliers over $200.00. I tried sending an email and no response. I also tried using the contact numbers listed but no answer. I am from the Caribbean and had it delivered to a friend in Miami. I am at a loss now as to how to get the replacement or refund.
