Amazing quality pushes, I bought 3 of them as gifts and they arrived, faster than expected since it was coming from another country. Would definitely order again

amazing plushies that ship quickly and always arrive on time. ordered from their website well over 10 times and never had a bad experience. preorders could take longer but thats about it. also very supportive of LGBTQ+ folk and very attentive of their community/ open to suggestions, which is always applaudable. recommended

They shipped surprisingly quick, definitely overpriced, but I dont know why you wouldnt this company. they have a responsive staff team which replied within 48 hours.

Theres a squishable store in my city. I have bought so many squishables there. Squishables r so soft and cute❤️😁👍

Squishable prices are through the roof!!! I asked a the lady working therefor a price for a small cow plush and she told me it was 14 dollars I thought that was still expensive but I went along with it. Then i notice that the lady charged me 30 dollars on my card and she said that oops I guess it was actually 30 dollars. She even lied to me saying that the necklace on the plush cow rotated and it literally doesn’t. I am so upset that I spent most of my Christmas money on this plush that isn’t even high quality,

Awful company. Items incredibly expensive then they don't even turn up. Ordered one for my daughter for Xmas in plenty of time but after chasing 3 times throughout November, nothing. I kept emailing but you just get an insulting cutesie baby talk email back with standard apology. Then a refund just suddenly appeared in my account without any explanation. Won't use them again.

Never got my order. Not even after they said I will have it shortly. 6 months later. Still nothing

I have placed orders with this company twice now. And whilst I do expect some delay with international orders this company really does take that to the extreme. Original order did show after a few months, so i do remain hopeful about the current order, although they apparently had to resend it and I'm unable to track. Plush are of good quality, though, and reasonably priced if nothing else

Most of the toys are cute and good quality but I cannot support a company that markets demon toys (Baphomet among others) to children. Maybe people don't know what these are but they should look them up...who thought this was a good idea?

I love squishables. They're so cute and adorable hugging them is the best thing after a long stressful day I had no idea they've been around since 2007 but I am in love. I hope they stick around for many more decades 💜 I bought mine from Amazon rather than the website to avoid delays and I couldn't be more happy with them so cuddly!

They advertised the Mothman squishable around August/September so I pre-ordered. By mid-December it was still on pre-order/pending. After emailing several times I finally gave up and canceled my order. I'm not the only one they did this to when it came to the Mothman squish as it was all over their site on Facebook from other customers that paid for a pre-order. I won't deal with them again.

Guaranteed delivery by 12-14-22 & now it's the 19th. No discount as advertised, using code. Split order into 2 separate orders, not identifying what is in each package. One has arrived & the other is in limbo. Will NEVER purchase here again.

I usually don't have any issues with Squishables, but I preordered something back in August and after waiting a couple months (which I expected for a pre order), they shipped it to the wrong address. I had to contact the post office and they wouldnt reroute it so they sent it back. When I reached out to Squishables, they said they would ship another one so I'm back to waiting forever again, it has already been almost a month. I reached back out and said I shouldn't have to pay at this point so they kept telling me they wouldn't charge me for the reship. But I wanted a refund. Well they did, but also canceled my order, so now I guess I don't get one at all. I'm so disappointed. I also don't like that I can't just call and get this resolved, I have to email back and forth over a series of days-weeks. I'm very disappointed and STILL would like my Squishable pre-order. This is really unfair and terrible customer service. I'm really considering not returning to Squishable after such a poorly handled drawn out situation with no helpful conclusion.

Don't bother ordering from this company you will never receive the product. They give you a bogus FedEx number and for weeks all you get is "Pending"
I'm glad i didn't pay for expedited shipping it would be a total rip off.

I ordered a squishable as a gift for my friend. it was never delivered because they messed up the address. I contacted them about this and they said they would resend. after a week I had not received a new tracking number and contacted them again. when it finally arrived, it was the completely wrong item and was addressed to the wrong name. I contacted them yet again and they expected me to send back the incorrect item despite it being entirely their fault. who knows if the replacement will even show up, or be the item I originally ordered. would not order from them again because quality control and customer service sucks.

Never use this company!

I have tried to get my money back for years cause it was over £100.

They just palmed me off when I chased them, my parcel was lost but they never did anything to help or solve the issue.

I normally never give harsh reviews are kick off but honestly, I gave up in the end cause they didn't care and their team on the emails were awful.

I would love for someone to actually help me out after OVER LITERALLY TWO YEARS!!!!!

My experience was great! It was easy to order on the website, I pre-ordered a plush and it came much faster than I expected it to! It was well packaged and of great quality. The price is really good for how detailed the stuffed animal was, and I love it! If I am in the market for a stuffed animal again I will defintley be back here first.

I made an order and needed to change something on the label, so I contacted customer service through 3 different means. Social media, emailing their contact email, and using their form for them to contact me about my issues. None of them have responded to me in a helpful manner over the last 4 days. I'm not concerned about product quality, but the customer service is horrible:
- You get a response after 48 hours
- Nobody touches bases with you after they seem to recognize that the issue is existing

I am very disappointed with this company and how they handle customer support, but as of now my products already have labels made with no idea how they will be getting to me. Nobody touched bases with me to let me know if it has been fixed, or to confirm my mailing address.

I hope this helps somebody, I regret not checking reviews from this company.
