Product ok, Customer Service absolutely terrible

The device is okay. However their "customer service" SUCKS BIG TIME.

On july 8th, I received an email that there was an issue with billing info on my acct. I contacted billing who told me no issues and everything was fine and I should ignore that email.

Two days later, device stops functioning. Tech support says it is suspended due to a billing issue. Funny how my credit card shows a charge from spytec on July 14th. Meanwhile their USELESS tech "support" says device is still suspended due to a "billing issue". .

With this issue STILL unresolved by either their idiotic tech support or their idiotic billing dept, I took action.
Canceled my credit card so they can't charge me anymore.
I am done with these morons.

Impossible to set up and no app. I finally found another company and it worked well.

I bought Spy Tec two years ago. Constantly had problems retrieving information from the devise. I called tech support numerous times but no one answered the phone nor returned emails. I finally canceled the monthly service by email. Once again no company response while they continued to charge my card. I contacted my credit card company and was reimbursed for several months and the charges stopped for a period of time.After approximately six months I noticed the monthly charges were starting again. Once again I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges and once a gain I was reimbursed for the fraudulent charges. I am now watches my credit card very closely for future fraudulent charges from Spy Tec. My next step may need to be reporting my card as lost or stolen so that I can stop these charges.

I tried our this service and it was okay. I also found something even more interesting and i would really like to share it with everyone.

Had my unit for four days. Installed under a passenger car seat as instructed.
Tracker not functioning at all. Won't "wake up" not sensing motion. Support is accessible but can't fix the problem. So far it is a complete waste of money.

I cancelled this service in August of 2019. They continue to bill me despite repeated phone calls, emails, online requests and contact via their chat support. It is now March of 2020, and my card got billed AGAIN.

Customer Service is the worst. Their system is outdated. They don't have a means for you to pay your bill when you won't to pay it. They put in a ticket and then run your card. I would love to be able to just log onto the site and pay my bill myself. I call the support number their were not agents to take my call. This was Friday 2/28/2020, at 3:34 PM.

I've been a loyal customer for 3 years never had a problem with my device. Just received an replacement and it's was not what I expected.
1.Big and bunkie than the old model GL300.

2. Since its a new device I was put on a new website that's not working properly.

3. The new website is not as accurate and doesn't show the vehicle moving like the new website. Trust me the is ridiculous.

5 days has past and for some reason my ISSUES has not been resolved .

it was a nice experience to order. cant wait for the product.

These devices are for real but I'm not sure about the magnetic case because I've had at least 5 lost in recent months so it's costing me money buying new devices.

Customer Support is great. I'll wait to leave a review on items purchased. Hope packaging is also discreet.

Awesome device, I always know where my equipment is, how it’s being treated.
