Package from tradeinn (Spain) to the uk was delivered within 5 working days. Tracking information is not as granular/informative as other providers which i found slightly stressful (1. going silent in the Netherlands, 2. an odd second ‘exported’ status after being passed over to Royal Mail). What I found helpful (once in the uk) was to use the tracking number in Royal Mail, which gave me more information as to where it currently was and when it was being delivered.

I returned a parcel (HZ624858143GB) to TREKINN on 13th January and it still has not been returned 20th February. Would like to hear a response about this. Having read plenty of the reviews I am worried that my returns is lost. This meaning I will be without the item and my refund.

I purchased an order through naturitas.ca and it apparently shipped out on Nov. 24, 2021 through Spring GDS originating from Spain (LS083350506NL). It is now February 13, two and 1/2 months later and it still hasn't been delivered. I have seen some updates, the latest being that it was exported to Canada on January 20, but Canada Post has, many weeks later, not received the package. I am losing faith that I will ever get this shipment. I have contacted Naturitas, but all is silent. Will my package ever get delivered?

I wouldn’t normally leave a review, however after reading many bad reviews and worrying myself sick if my parcel would arrive I thought I would leave a positive review. I placed my order on 3rd Feb with Snowinn and was given a delivery time of 10 days. My Ski boots arrived early on 10th Feb with delivery updates. Really good service. QR989926194GB

I felt I should leave a review after reading all the bad ones. I ordered items from Spain, and within five working days they arrived, earlier than expected. My sister and her friend had also placed an order through the same company and both received their orders early with no issues.

CI003290735NL has been in transit since September 2021 and apparently has finally reached SA in early December. Still no sign of the parcel and it is now late January. There is no response or accountability from either parties.

Order was dispatched from Spain to Ireland on 29th November, arrived 13th January with no updates for over 5 weeks. Estimated delivery had been 5-9 days, including processing.
Impossible to use for anything you might need in a timely way, and you're stuck wondering whether your parcel has disappeared & should be re-ordered in the interim. Avoid.
Update: I really appreciate the response, and understand that the delay was due to An Post. I contacted the seller (TradeInn) several times and they were unable to provide me with any further detail other than a link to a parcel tracking site. It might help if there was a tracking item where a package has been accepted by customs, but I appreciate that this might be outside your control.

Had a package ship from Italy to the U.S. in late Nov. The last update was December 13th that the package was in transit to the destination country. As of January 11th, it has still not arrived and there have been no further updates. I contacted Spring GDS twice about my package- specifying the seller did not respond and I tried contacting them first- and there's been no response from Spring GDS. I would love to hear from Spring GDS regarding an estimated arrival for LS082732720NL.
Between the date of this package shipping and now, I ordered packages from Australia and China, shipping by other services- both of which have since arrived.

All the negative reviews are correct. My parcel is coming from Asphalte in France to the US. It was accepted by Spring GDS on Dec 7th with an estimated arrival of Dec 14th. It's now Jan 2nd, the package hasn't arrived, and tracking hasn't been updated from "In Transit" since Dec 14th. Asphalte contacted Spring and got excuses about Covid and the holidays (as if more volume at Xmas was a complete surprise...) but offers no update on the estimated arrival date. Spring is happy to take your money and then hangs you out to dry. They take days to respond to enquiries. I'm about to move overseas, so who knows what will happen to the package. Merry Christmas indeed ...

My parcel (QR989262319GB) was ordered on the pretence from Trekkin that it would arrive between 22-27th December- it sat in Spain until the 24th. When I get an update again it says it’s in Netherlands on the 28th-then on the 29th it says departed Netherlands. Nothing since, so with New Years I’d be lucky to get it before the 5th. I honestly
Would of driven to Holland myself and got it as this delivery service must have people walking through the parcels to the destination.
