Generally a good firm, nice betting platform.
Sometimes painfully slow chalking up their prices and not very comprehensive. Occasionally their evening horse markets are not up until gone 1130am, and as I type this (10.47am 06/05) there is no rugby league Challenge cup markets up for weekend with both games live on BBC, where EVERY bookie had them available on at least Monday Evening. On a plus point they are approachable with quick live chat/email responses, and you can actually still talk to someone if you have a problem/query. Which is not available now at most places. They've stood the test of time on the spreads when most have failed so obviously doing something right! Recommended.

The chat help was very quick and HUMAN. They were always on hand.
Even though I did not understand how to make the bets - they were as helpful as could be.
I made mistakes (I’d recommend understanding spread betting before doing it) but they were understanding of this,
