Shoes never arrived. No refund. Absolute scam of a company

Ordered pair of so called leather cowboy boots which took about a week to arrive to find out they were synthetic. They offered to accept return of the item to China if I paid or get 10% back if I didn't want face goods. Paid for return, never collected, months later returned to me. No contact then could be made with frauds Spraykis , email not responding.
ALL A SHAM, wankers.

They have now changed their website to thetailoredgents.com, but it is still the same scam. When you buy something, the tracking information never updates; it simply appears as though a shipping label for the product was created in China.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company and when it arrived it was not the right colour or material and after emailing to return they said I would have to pay for shipping, even though it wasn't what I ordered. After doing this and having a long email conversation with Steve I have still not received my refund for my sweatshirt or shipping. After trying to follow up I have discovered the email no longer exists. This is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from please do not order from them.

There was a long delay in the boots arriving after order them, and I had no response to my email asking about the delay. When they arrived they weren’t real leather as advertised and were extremely poor quality. I did have a reply to my email when I asked about returning them, and after posting them back to the address they told me to at my own expense (it was in China and the postage cost £25), I then did not get a refund and every contact method I’ve tried has bounced back. The contact details on the website are fake (the number doesn’t go through and the email address bounces).

I purchased two items from Spraykis, both the same size, one was too small but I was happy with the item and asked to exchange for a bigger size, emails were slow in response then Steven (named in other negative feedback) informed me there would be additional P&P which I agreed, then the emails stopped, despite at least 8 from me chasing

Spraykis. Avoid this company at all costs.
Following on from my previous review I received emails from Steven Support (Spraykis) promising a full refund on the shirt I sent back at my own cost.
The refund was never paid back to me.
So no shirt, no refund and out of pocket.
My next step is to report this to the Trading Stands.
Do not become another victim of this so called company.

If it was possible to give minus review, I would for this company. Please avoid and avoid and avoid 10 times, the worst company ever. It’s fake and they are scammers who use their platform for stealing money. I purchased a jacket on the 7th Dec 2025 and waited with no update from the company until I chased. Only to respond in Feb to say that the item was lost in transit (claiming to be investigating), again after chasing they advised a refund shall be into my account within 7-10 days of which I never received. I chased again after 3 weeks and email bounced. I am seeking to report the company to UK fraud as such companies shouldn’t exist

The product quality is very poor, the advertised item is actually different.

Absolute joke of a company, wish I’d read the reviews before ordering the £40 luxury joggers! The material is awful, weird shiny stuff and horrible inside itchy and uncomfortable when tried on. Wouldn’t pay a pound for them. Have emailed Steven 6 times now and he is just ignoring me, started the return with him well within 30 days as per their online returns policy, if not satisfied return, chance would be a fine thing if they’d give their address, which by the way is in China! Shocking, I will be contacting my bank to see what they can do as this is a complete scam of a company.

I ordered a Hugo polo shirt for my husband for Christmas and I got a fake shirt no logo on it I emailed the company and I was told I could return it but I would have to pay the postage which is going to cost me £20 so I emailed Steven again several times and he is just ignoring me now he is selling fake clothes and advertising them as branded DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible quality, did not match the description, and have not yet had a response about a refund despite contacting them within days of delivery. Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Ordered a jacket for my husband which cost £50.00 looked lovely on the website and looked like the material would be really nice too but when it came it was like something off Temu the quality was horrendous wouldn't of paid £10.00 for it let alone £50.00. When I went to return the item it cost £20.00 as it had to be posted back to China and i was told it had to be tracked which I did and that was over 3 weeks ago and when i emailed them to say i have still not received my refund they said they have not received it so basically I have lost £70.00.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT BASED IN THE UK BUT IN CHINA WITH ADMIN IN CANADA!
SIZING IS OFF AND QUALITY AWFUL. RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE. CONTRARY TO WHAT IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE, NO RETURNS ARE GRANTED, EVEN THOUGH GOODS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED. ITS A SCAM!!!!

AVOID ordering from here. I ordered two polo shirts. Sizing was way off and quality was absolutely shocking. I would not wear them.I didn't realise the company was Chinese so they do not accept returns or refunds. Absolute waste of money. Check the reviews. AVOID OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This is my reply after item was too small n wanted to return. Their reply stated "buyers remorse"

Unfortunately, it contradicts your published refund policy.
Your refund policy states:
“If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.”
It also states:
“If you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, you can return the unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery.”
And regarding refunds:
“Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.”
There is no exclusion in your policy for buyer’s remorse, and my request is therefore fully in line with your stated terms.
Additionally, as a UK consumer, I am exercising my right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under these regulations, I am entitled to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days and receive a refund without needing to provide a reason.
Please confirm the return address and refund process so this can be resolved promptly. End

Take note:
Was never going to happen...take the money off customers and hide. Thats their policy... never ever buy from them... once bitten and all.

Absolute garbage. Promised ‘fast uk delivery’. Took 17 days to come from china, quality was appalling and a size Large men’s suit would be too small for a 12 year old

Great shopping experience. Easy to order, fast delivery and the clothes are stunning. Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing service and beautiful clothes. The coat I ordered keeps me warm and looks so stylish at the same time.

I ordered a Jacket, coming from Europe, it took a while to arrive but when it got here it was too small for me, seems the sizes were not what I thought they should be. I contacted Spraykis who immediately sent me a larger jacket and said i did not need to send the other back, that is good customer service, I now wear the new jacket and it looks real good. Thank you.
