"When your doctor says use your common…

"When your doctor says use your common sense before visiting us as we are busy and dont waste our time", you can imagine my experience. My kid's skin had some dots and felt different when rubbed over and i could not realise what it was and so visited the doctor, who suggested it is because of dryness but spoke those words and added "I am trying to educate you!! You need to wait for some reaction before consulting" huh!!

It seems i need to either wait for my daughter to get affected before i consult or i should be professional enough to pre-diagnose before i visit. What is wrong in being pro-active and preventive. "Use your common sense" is the language i get, then I am thinking about who needs the education!!
