Advance males regular shaped pads need rethink…
Advance males regular shaped pads provide the protection from incontinence they're intended for but are uncomfortable. At 120mm long they are too long and too thick for smaller or thinner built males with very minor issue. I think the male regular pads are a female pattern renamed but not re-patterned for male Anatomy. The male pad fits were it doesn't need to be on a male and if used by slim men the thickness of the smallest pad is not indiscreet.
The biggest problem I had was when the chemical beads leeched out onto my skin. The contact caused an unpleasant odour skin weeping reaction that took a year to heal.
