I’m a municipal customer. I tend to go to sport systems first when our procurement policy allows. I have always had good experiences with them.
Production and shipping lead times are always accurate. Pricing is competitive.

Had some custom crash pads made for our Rec Center Rockwall Room. The customer service was excellent. When the mats arrived they fit great. Unfortunately the delivery of the mats was not the best the drivers said that we had to unload. This was not communicated before had. If this was I would have given 5 stars.

Our purchase of equipment was handled quickly, professionally, and with realistic deadlines. Those deadlines were not only met, but accomplished BEFORE the date given.

Minor issue with purchasing tether balls. Had to prove I was a former customer. Did not understand why.

Great feedback, prompt order and delivery. Very statisfied.

With only a little communication we got the parts we reguired and they were delivered

I was anxious for immediate delivery and it was indicated my order was all in-stock and ready. But, it still took a couple of weeks for my order to be shipped.

This would have been a 5-star review, if you had shipped within 2 or 3 days. But, can only give you 3....

Our school ordered two fold away basketball systems for our gymnasium. Everything was installed quickly as ordered. The reason we chose to go with this company was because they came and did a site visit prior to quoting so that they knew exactly what they were getting into. All is good. Highly recommended.

I ordered a breakaway basketball rim after the one in our church parking lot was damaged by a waste management truck.
I was able to order the replacement many years after installing the first, and was very pleased with the service and communication from the sales staff.

Great contact experience, friendly, custom made exactly what I was looking for. Quick production and shipping, and personal follow-up. All around fantastic experience.

Very happy with the service from order thru delivery. All components are of a very high quality. The entire family is enjoying their new wall mounted basketball goal from Sport Systems and expect it will continue to see good use for many years.
