Excellent Customer Service & Fast Replacement
I initially received a defective Sportstech sProRun treadmill, so I contacted customer service. Although it took about a week to receive the first response, I was very impressed with what happened next. They quickly arranged the pickup of the defective treadmill within two days and delivered a replacement within just three days, including the pickup day.
The entire replacement process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The customer service team handled my case very well and made sure everything was resolved quickly. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Sportstech for both their products and their excellent customer support.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, very bad quality of products that not even last 1 month. After to many mails I got a exchange for my broken machine. And today the machine is making that noise one month later again. I really don't want to contact sportstech again about it, but I obviously have to... Don't buy their stuff it sucks as much as the company itself..

The Sportstech F10 is a good choice if you want to walk or do light jogging at home. It is quick and easy to set up, folds away conveniently, and does not take up much space. The controls are user-friendly, and the app generally works reliably.
However, there are a few drawbacks: the maximum speed is somewhat limited, and the running surface is a bit narrow. If you plan to train intensively on a regular basis or run at higher speeds, this treadmill is probably not the best option.
Overall, the Sportstech F10 is a solid treadmill for beginners and offers good value for money.
