Order tracking and customer support is the worst that I've seen.
First of all the orders are not displayed in the portal untill are not delivered.
Secondly you don't get notified about the status of the order and you need to check personally from the initial email.
I didn't received yet my order and getting more of the feeling that is a not a legit site. Given that is build in this way.

I had previously ordered a treadmill…
I had previously ordered a treadmill from Sportsstar. Unfortunately, it developed a motor issue after some time, but it was a refurbished unit, so that may have been the reason. Despite that, its overall performance was excellent, and I still have it. Because I was happy with its performance, I decided to order another treadmill from Sportsstar. So far, my experience with the new one has been very good, and I'm satisfied with its performance.
