Sports Interaction was supposed to send me a withdrawal of $1,000 on November 11th, 2024. To date I have not received it. I have received a wire payment confirmation which they asked me to provide my bank, however, when I provided it to my bank they mentioned neither the branch or my account has received this wire. Sports Interaction is being EXTREMELY slow in getting back to me about this. I have told them to put a trace on the wire yet they keep insisting that my bank has the funds. I went to my bank and they confirmed it's not there, WHERE ARE THE FUNDS SPORTS INTERACTION?! Really upsetting they are not getting back to me about this!

Very deceptive, with their welcomebonus, basically guaranteeing that you will go home with empty pockets. Stay far far away. These guys are not righting their wrongs, and blame their customers for not understanding their deceptive "promos" which are designed in a way that gives people one impression but then delivers another.

This is a very bad site. There are limits on how much you can bet on certain parlays, they never offer a cash out option once games begin and the alternate totals and spreads are nowhere near as good as the big sites like bodog or bet365. I've been using this site approximately two years, but will be moving to a different site.That is much more better friendly. And to be clear, there are never any early cash out options when the games begin, and it doesn't matter what events or sports you're batting on. If they say otherwise they are lying 100%

I signed up with this company as a customer a couple weeks ago. In that time I was up $550 before they closed my account on me and blocking me from the site. I got a email stating it was their decision to self-exclude me from my own account as they have the right to do so in the fine print agreements you agree to when signing up. Before that, they canceled 4 of my withdrawals in a row , making me wager what I deposited before I could withdrawal. I had to go on the customer support page on live chat for 3 hours before finally someone could confirm my final account balance would be withdrawn into my account. I give them 2 stars only because they kept their word and my withdrawal was processed into my bank in the time frame they said it would be. Definitely will never recommend this company to anyone as it is nothing but a huge head ache. And once you are up $500 they will close your account on you.

I recently seen an add for this site while watching a hockey game. Figured hey it’s gotta be a reputable company. Boy was I wrong. I initially started with 100 deposit and by some miracle worked it up to 10k went to withdraw and it was pending for two days. I decided to put another 150 In and worked it up to just over $2500 and then they locked my account and keep asking for the same documents. I’ve emailed them several times. It’s been a week now and no response. Absolute joke of a company. Even a reply stating a timeframe would be nice but they seem to not care at all. Now my account is completely inaccessible with no knowledge of where my almost $13,000 is.

I have contacted sportinteraction regarding a 10k payment being taken out of my credit card and I received multiple fraud alerts from different credit cards the same day. Instead they are asking my to own up to me making the deposit in writing so my account is reopened. As of now they have locked my account because of unauthorized use that someone else made.

This sites casino slots are set up to rob you! They let you win a little and then it’s just a money pit! They track you and your bets to let them know your betting habbits and then it’s just fraudulent gaming! They NEVER pay out progressive it’s all a scam! This has to be one of the worst sites out there. They offer absolutely no early cash outs on parlays and often lock up your bet even before games start. Highly recommend if anyone is on the site switching to bet 365. Even today, I have hit five of my first six game parlays and still absolutely no chance of an early cash out. Brutal

They just replied saying that they offer cash outs for parlays on certain events. NOT TRUE! I have never in all the parlays I've played ever been offered one. This was 2 full years of betting on the site and never once was and early cash out ever offered for any parlay I played doesn't matter what sports.

I had two bets on this site, went away for 4 days and when I came back the bets had vanished. Contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do. Don't trust them as you will get screwed. Fair warning.

I had a bet on an NCAA football game that was graded before the game ended. I notified the Sports Interaction team on chat and had the problem resolved within 5 minutes. Excellent response as they corrected the problem by placing my bet back into the unsettled category. It eventually won!
